Very cozy and quiet cottage in an idyllic area. Super friendly host and had plenty of great recommendations for us. The sauna is also Finnish approved! 😉

This was our second time staying and we loved it as much as the first time. The place is so peaceful and cosy. Jane was very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!

Had a good stay and used the location as a base to explore the North Wessex Downs. The house itself was as described and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Large garden for kids to run around in.

We absolutely loved our stay such much so we didn't want to leave. Sitting & having a few drinks with the family in the beautiful garden after a day out was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend - could not fault our stay. Thank you Crystal x

A lovely modern cottage, exactly as described and photographed. It was well kitted out and essentials were provided. The bed was super comfortable but just a gentle note that if you have any mobility issues the apex of the roof means that you cannot stand up straight around the bed and the bed is low but this was not a problem on our stay. Helena and Philip were both really friendly and helpful. My personal favourite touch was when Philip invited me to pick some roses from the cottage garden to take inside. The hot tub was a real treat but please be mindful that you are in someone’s back garden so not completely secluded if they are enjoying their own space. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back.

We've spent a week there. Great place, clean, good condition, good communication with host. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back next time for sure!

My friends and I enjoyed a peaceful couple of nights in Jean and Kieth's beautiful cottage. Keith was friendly and helpful with clear instructions. the cottage is gorgeous and the garden is lovely! I would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Renny's place in Arundel. We were able to park our car right in front of the house each day as we returned from our outings, and we also walked to the Castle, restaurants, and coffee. Very nicely decorated and loved the original art.

Staying at Jo’s cottage was so pleasant and blissful. It was the perfect weekend away. I stayed with my pup and we were both comfortable and secure. I brought groceries with me to cook but the cottage had coffee, tea, olive oil, and a few bits of seasonings which I think was a really thoughtful touch and so useful. The kitchen has everything you need! The secure front garden was also ideal and perfect for letting the dog out and not being worried about him wandering off. It’s also a really beautiful spot to sit and read or enjoy some breakfast or lunch if the sun is out. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful. It’s the best location if you’re a single person looking for a place to stay and enjoy nature.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Clair's cottage! It was cozy, yet spacious, and had everything we needed. Our toddler loved the backyard and it was great to be so close to the shore and to more amenities and shopping in central Worthing. Clair also made special care to welcome our dog with treats and a dog bed which she loved. We are so happy to have spent a few days at Clair's and hope to be back! Thank you again, Clair!

We loved our stay here! One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve visited. Anya was super helpful and included lots of tiny details that made the stay extra smooth, particularly as we were visiting with our 5 month old. Thanks for having us and we’d love to come stay again.

Elm Cottage, was a brilliant find and we will be back. Great place to stay, great host. Very welcoming and also received a basket of essentials including bread and biscuits with milk, butter and jam in the fridge. Tea, coffee, sugar all there. Literally walk in and a cup of tea. Perfect all round. Very pleasant stay and local to Goodwood and Chichester.

Caroline was a very kind and accommodating host; we felt right at home in her beautiful slice of the South Downs. The house is small but cosy and well-equipped with everything you might need. The garden is a particular attraction for families in the summer months - look out for the tortoise!

Our stay with Caroline & David was great. Very friendly, helpful & were always willing to help with anything. The property & gardens were amazing & safe for our dog Olive who does like to wander every nook & cranny. The bottle of bubbly, crisps, home made jams, & Olive’s doggy treats were most welcome & a nice touch. Thank you! We made the very most of our stay regarding sightseeing & it was always nice to return to our dwelling at the end of the day. Hope to return in the future.

Elizabeth was a warm and welcoming host. She and her husband were remarkably tolerant of 4 dogs. The area that Elizabeth lives in is very beautiful and the barn and garden are incredible. Lots of really lovely walks around. It was a treat to stay here.

My cousin recommended I book Sociana air bnb to stay at for her wedding. In every way my expectations and my hopes were exceeded. Small touches such as milk in the fridge, and basic condiments made me feel so at home. Review Upham What a fantastic place! To say it is secluded and peaceful would be an understatement. The accommodation itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The garden is a delight. There is so much to do in the area - walks in the countryside from the front door, lovely market towns and villages, and if you want big city attractions there is Portsmouth and Winchester. Marianne and Justin are fabulous hosts, so welcoming but not intrusive, providing a wealth of information as well as thoughtful welcoming touches like gin and tonic, biscuits, chocolates, eggs (from their own hens) and milk. We could not recommend The Stables more highly.

Just what we needed when we stayed locally for a wedding. Marion was great - very responsive and accommodating. The cottage was clean, well equipped and has a beautiful courtyard garden attached.

A fabulous country cottage within large gardens including a pretty waterlily pond & beautiful wildflower meadow. Lovely views & country walks on the doorstep. Very welcoming, friendly hosts made us feel at home straight away. Idyllic! The bed was super comfy too! We’d definitely recommend this property & stay again. Thank you Karen & Phil

Location is terrific. Henry is a very responsive host. Check-in was easy. The staircase is a little challenging as is stated in the description. The hot water in the shower great and plenty of water pressure. All in all, a lovely place to stay and the location unbeatable.

Our second stay at Victoria’s was just as comfortable as last time - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. It is also ideal for anyone with mobility issues given the spacious layout all on one floor. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow much time in the garden, but that can’t be helped! A nearby Morrisons is handy for basic shopping, with a large Lidl not far away. 30 mins by car to Glyndebourne. We would certainly recommend the Barn and hope to return ourselves again in future. Oh yes, and we enjoyed the welcome cake!

Primrose Cottage was the perfect spot to spend a week in Surrey. The oldest part of the cottage dates to the early 1500s which is magical. We enjoyed the beautiful private rear garden with several seating areas. Proximity to walking paths, the Downs Link cycleway, and our favorite pub/restaurant the Grantley Arms was a big plus. And a week of sunny weather certainly added to our experience. Our host Carla was very helpful and responsive and we look forward to our next visit.
