Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with amazing views of Mindarie Marina. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, very comfortable bed, felt like a home from home. Very responsive hosts with good communication.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Absolutely wonderful location and clean private stay! Jeff is thoughtful of my jetlag, laundry needs, and shopping. He’s very quick to respond. Such a wonderful place with beach access directly across the street. I could enjoy the beach morning, afternoon and night. I loved the sauna when I got cold at the beach in the early mornings (my stay was nearly in winter). I hope I get to stay again!

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront Airbnb. The location is absolutely stunning — just steps from the water, with peaceful views and the soothing sound of waves as the perfect backdrop to a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless and cozy. Waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying coffee on the deck was a daily highlight. Our host was fantastic — incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape by the sea with a gracious host and easy stay, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful beach house style home very welcoming and modern. One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in! Hosts very friendly and helpful. Easy to park. Super comfortable bed and soft bed linen high quality and soft towels. Everything you need and close to burns beach area walking distance or short drive. Highly recommended!

Great house, ideal for 2 to three families. Secure for dog out back. Kitchen spotless and coffee machine was much appreciated. Linen and towels clean and modern. Melinda the host is very responsive to questions. We love Lano and visit a lot. Will definitely use this house again. Thanks 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Leeann’s cottage! It was the perfect location—literally the closest house to the sand dunes, which made it incredibly convenient for spontaneous trips out to explore. The cottage itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed building fires in the fireplace, playing board games and puzzles, and watching the kids burn off their remaining energy on the trampoline after full days at the dunes. The only minor drawback was that the hot water didn’t quite stretch to cover both bathrooms being used at the same time, but with so much to do and enjoy, waiting for your turn to shower wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything else more than made up for this small inconvenience. Leeann was responsive and graciously allowed us to take our time to check out which gave us another lovely, unhurried day at the dunes before heading home. Highly recommended!

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

Most fabulous location off Burns Beach Road. All was clean. Would have been a remarkable house in its day with opulent swag and tail curtains and pelmets. If it’s a modern pristine house you’re after then this might not be for you. Definite modernisation required, but was comfortable for us all the same. We had been told 2 days before arriving that air-con wasn’t working - had to wait 10 days for part for this to be fixed, which was half our holiday time! A partial refund was given from hosts which was accepted. Fans were provided but in circa 35o heat this did not accomplish much cold air! So this was a large disappointment. The Pool pump was struggling and again dated and pool was urgently in need of a good clean. Having two young children with us was a must for pool to be clean! This was dealt with by hosts. The hosts were excellent at sorting our problems out so cannot fault them. Thank you Lucy and team.

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Susan’s place was everything like it was advertised to be! Very clean and tidy with plenty of tea/coffee and kitchen amenities. The space was both aesthetic and spacious for us and our family. The yard space and games/toys for kids was great and loved that it’s pet friendly so we could bring our dog! The communication and kindness from Susan from the moment we booked into the moment we checked out was great 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re looking to book a trip to Lancelin! We will definitely be staying here again 😊

Lovely property in superb location. Views from balcony are wonderful and the sunsets magnificent. Only drawback is that to get the views main living accommodation is up a flight of stars so all shopping, baggage etc also has to be carried up. All in all a a great place with unforgettable sunsets. Highly recommended.
