Cercavo un appartamento a Roma che fosse vicino all‘Ospedale San Pietro in quanto mio padre avrebbe dovuto iniziare la radioterapia da lí a poco…dista solo 15 minuti a piedi. Trovare Andrea é stato un dono. Gentile, disponibile e premuroso. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e ha tutti i comfort…due camere letto ( di cui in una c’è anche il bagno personale), cucina e sala molto grandi e un altro bagno é situato in corridoio. Super pulito, moderno e con un grande televisore in salotto. Lo consiglio caldamente…merita l‘immobile, ma anche il proprietario! Grazie Andrea di aver coccolato i miei genitori!

Bonjour, nous sommes venus 4 jours pour un week-end. Le logement est très bien desservi par les transports, les instructions sont très détaillés. Les hôtes sont super réactifs, gentils, aidants et nous proposent un tas de propositions pour nous aider . Le logement bien qu’il soit en sous sol est très agréable et pratique, toutes les commoditées sont à proximité. Les monuments quand à eux sont vite accessibles en transports en communs. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci à vous

L'alloggio era molto comodo, pulito ed accogliente. Il quartiere, che conosco bene, è silenzioso, vitale e ben collegato. Ringrazio Alessia anche di aver accettato animali in casa, dato che senza i miei piccoli, come tante altre persone, non avrei preso la casa e, purtroppo, non è facile trovare "animali ammessi", nonostante vivano nella maggior parte delle famiglie come membri effettivi di queste. Tornerei, quindi, altre 1000 volte in questo bell'appartamento, dove sono riuscita a rilassarmi ed a godermi la mia bella città.

Wir sind sehr freundlich von Giovanni persönlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist top, nur 10 Minuten zum Bus oder Metro und von dort ca. 15 Minuten ins Centrum. Giovanni antwortet sofort auf deine Fragen, die du über airbnb stellst und ist stets hilfsbereit. Ein großes Plus ist der private, zugangssichere Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man einem Kurzaufenthalt in Rom plant.

Le séjour a été très appréciable ! Je remercie Laura pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Le airbnb était très propre, bien situé et très accessible avec le bus qui nous emmène directement en plein centre de Rome. Alojamiento ideal como base para visitar Roma. Cerca de la estación de tren que te deja en el centro de Roma en 15 minutos. Zona residencial muy tranquila con restaurantes y supermercados próximos.

Our home in Rome! This place exceeded our expectations. The place had all the amenities we could need. Well thought through. Alojsia was great to communicate and was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Wir haben vier wunderbare Tage in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß und dann mit Bussen oder Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Serena ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war perfekt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Andrea es una persona muy muy amable y disponible …ha sido muy fácil hablar con él…y la casa es muy mona y limpia(igual a la descripción)…repetiría sin duda 😊

Buongiorno, Que des belles choses, que ça soit l'accueil, le cadre, la maisson,... Ça commence par la communication avec Massimiliano qui réponds vite et très arrangeant, ensuite très bel accueil avec lui et son père. Ils sont tres aimable et expliquent bien en détail. Le cadre est magnifique, la balançoire pour nos enfants. La maison propre et assez équipée. C'est à recommander les yeux fermés. Encore merci Massimiliano et à son père. Tchao

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This was my first time visiting Rome, and choosing this place was one of the best decisions I made. I’m leaving with so many wonderful memories, thanks to this stay! Carmen was an amazing host! I arrived a bit early and needed to leave my luggage, and she was incredibly helpful. She explained everything in the house perfectly and even recommended some great local restaurants, which turned out to be fantastic. The apartment was just as beautiful and spotless as shown in the photos—clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance in the future!

Gaia’s place is amazing! The apartment is enormous and had everything you could need to be comfortable. The area surrounding the apartment has lots of small restaurants and there are two grocery stores nearby. To arrive from the airport, take the train to Trastevere station, cross the street to take Tram 8. Very easy to find. I would definitely stay here again. And Gaia is very responsive and returns messages very quickly.

Житло дуже сподобалось, ніяких питань, все ідеально. Якщо знімаєте для відвідування саме Риму, не рекомендую, бо необхідно змінити 3 види транспорту, щоб дістатися, а якщо ви на авто, тоді ніяких проблем не буде

Ale foi muito gentil e prestativo, o apartamento é amplo e limpo, a localidade tem fácil acesso a linhas de ônibus e metrô para se deslocar para os principais pontos turísticos, o custo benefício é muito bom comparado ás principais opções no centro histórico, definitivamente vale a pena!!

PERFECTION. Our family of four (with two teenagers) had an incredible stay. Ernesto was welcoming, responsive and a gracious host. Hosts are thoughtful of every detail. The apartment is immaculate and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, comfortable beds, barely needed to use the a/c despite the warm temperatures outside. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Appartement exceptionnel. (Séjour de 6 nuits) Paolo s'occupe lui-même de préparer l'appartement pour ses invités et nous a acceuilli devant l'immeuble. On pouvait tout de suite voir qu'il s'en occupe bien. C'était ULTRA propre. Et ça nous a fait sentir bien durant notre visite. Matelas comfortable. Nous étions un couple avec bébé de 6 mois. Il avait déjà préparé la bassinette à notre arrivé. Le bus pour aller aux principaux sites ainsi que le Metro sont litteralement devant lappartement. À 2 sortie de metro de la garre OU 20 minutes à pied. Je recommende fortement.
