The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. The Fichtenzauber vacation home was created from old spruce timber. It is located on the outskirts of Riedhausen and is located on the farm grounds in the middle of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. Enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of Fronhofen with views of the countryside. Fronhofen is 15 minutes from Ravensburg and a very good starting point for numerous leisure activities. Lake Constance can be reached in just 25 minutes. The Allgäu with its hiking opportunities can be reached in about 35 minutes. In winter, numerous ski resorts can be reached in less than two hours. There are numerous swimming lakes & hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity (Pfrungener Ried/Blitzenreuter lake district).

Exclusive! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.80 × 1.45 just under double bed size, on a pond in the forest in the middle of nature, prepared for sleeping. Natura 2000 area in Upper Swabia. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Great place to watch water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas stove, cooking pots, dishes. Compost toilet, barbecue area. Our house and parking are about 150 m away. Swimming and fishing in the lake are possible. Mosquitoes unfortunately present.

Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

The apartment (35 m²) is close to Oberteuringen. It has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. There is a small kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area. The fridge has a small freezer. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. A private parking is right by the house. It is an ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance or for the numerous trade fairs and events here in the area.

We had a really nice weekend in the attractive apartment. - And if the weather had "played along", we would have liked to sit out on the spacious terrace. - So it was very comfortable next to the already heated fireplace (in the middle of the living room). Bedroom, living room with nice kitchen and also the bathroom are internally architecturally exceptionally beautiful. The furnishings with "modern classics" gave us joy.

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful small accommodation/attic apartment with very nice hosts, beautiful location (was there by car, so I can't say anything by public transport), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen in max. 30 minute drive away. Basic amenities were available, cozy bed, small kitchen with everything you need and a private bathroom in the hallway. Lovely little place to eat in the pretty eco garden. I felt right at home. :) And if something should come up, you can always address them. Thank you for the beautiful and uncomplicated stay with you! Best regards from Ronja :)

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was carefully and lovingly prepared and we were personally greeted and introduced to the house and surroundings. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful, covered veranda in front of the house with a view of the garden. We would choose the Vroni vacation home again at any time.
