The apartment is very cozy and the decoration is very nice. There are many pools in different areas and there are also many activities you can do or just relax. We really enjoyed it. The only thing is that you invest a little time at the beginning in the records so I suggest arriving on time at the time of entry to enjoy to the fullest. They were always very attentive to our needs. Of course we would return to the place... Everything was excellent.

Totally recommended. The apartment is very nice, spacious, quiet, with a good view and well decorated. Unbeatable fractionation. Large and multiple swimming pools, slide area, children's area, beachside, internal transportation in free golf carts, social club, tennis and paddle court in perfect condition, Ping Pong, billiards and more. Supermarket 3 min drive, Oxxo in front.

We had a great time staying in Ixtapa, everything was as advertised and more. Especially the view, incredible. Maria Elena and Denise were fantastic, they responded very quickly to a concern we had about construction next door and they resolved the issue quickly. The only downside was they closed the beach in front of the hotel at 10:00pm, which seemed ridiculous. Not sure how you can close a beach. Besides that, everything was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again.

Finding this apartment was a breeze. The search filters are so accurate that in minutes I locate options with ocean views, fast WiFi and equipped kitchen. The chat with Karla was fluid and fast. Answered all my questions in seconds! Steps from local beaches and restaurants with the best seafood. The only bad thing was I just had to leave… 😭 If you want to live an unforgettable experience, this apartment is the right choice, the perfect combination. Karla guarantees safety, transparency and ease, while the Depto Punta Mar gives you magical moments.

A great place! Very good for resting, safe and quiet area. Good location and close to several food places. Temperature guarantee when paying for pool boiler. Normally they put it on and it's not hot, in this place it is, the time we paid was super good. Friendly and quick service from the hosts.

Incredible!!! The house is beautiful in every corner (the photos do not do justice to how beautiful it really is), very spacious, clean, it has everything you need to spend an incredible weekend, my family and I had a great time, the areas are super strategic, you do not miss anything. Karla's attention was punctual and the people of the house were not to be outdone. They were always attentive. It's a place we'll definitely return to. Near the house there are several shops to buy anything.

Rogelio is a nice host, he's super clear and friendly. He was always on the lookout for any questions we had and was very attentive. The house is very beautiful, comfortable, it has the necessary amenities described. Mr. José and his wife were very kind and clearly indicated everything to me and my family. The stay was quite pleasant and we would definitely be back.

Our stay was simply spectacular. The house is beautiful, spacious, impeccable and with a view that leaves you breathless. Every corner is designed for rest and enjoyment: private pool, comfortable spaces, elegant decoration and all the comforts you can imagine. But what really made the difference was the attention and service, especially Chef Karina. Her seasoning is extraordinary: every meal was delicious, it was like being in a luxury restaurant... but in the comfort of the house! Mary Carmen is super attentive, I definitely recommend her 100%

Excellent accommodation to enjoy as a family. The pool has a super good temperature, my son was able to swim until 8pm without any problems. Alfonso is friendly and attentive all the time.

The place was exceptional. Communication with the host was smooth and fast, and the property was impeccable. Maico was always attentive to our needs. It is a quiet accommodation and complies with everything described in the ad. I would definitely come back again!

The apartment is very comfortable and just like the photos. Alma was on the lookout the whole time. We really enjoyed the pools in the subdivision and the highlight for children and adults was the slides. The only area of opportunity is for the subdivision in terms of cleaning the beach, which was full of garbage and although we complained, they did not clean, a pity because the green areas are impeccable and they have a lot of staff.

Great host awesome place

Excellent place to spend a few days in Acapulco and although the condominium is large and the building is not next to the beach, there is intermo transportation to go back and forth. Ernesto is very attentive and flexible.

The place is very quiet. My family and I spent some incredible days. Elenita cooks very well and it is one of the best meals we have tried. I slept very well. It has everything you need. The hosts are very attentive and are available. I would definitely return
