We had an amazing time at Juan Diego’s! The place is even more gorgeous in person, Mireya the housekeeper was lovely, and the location, perfection. My daughter, husband and I had the most pefect holiday. Juan Diego was so helpful, from prebooking to when we booked, and even while we were there. We didn’t need much help, because everything was taken care of, but the few times he was very responsive. Also, Raul, the property manager went above and beyond for us. Thank you Juan Diego, we hope to return soon!

Awesome apartment, and location! We actually had two different units rented for 2 family groups. We liked this one the best! We are so hopeful that we are allowed to come back. that we left some beach toys, and a boogie board, hoping they are still there next time! Great stay!

Extraordinary apartment, very clean and well-kept, great balcony space, and very nice view. Very clear and fast communication. The building and facilities are much more exclusive than others and by the sea, which is very practical.

A group of friends and I rented both of Elisabeth’s adjacent penthouses in Punta Ixtapa. The two apartments are located in a secured and beautifully maintained gated community, literally 1 minute walk from a wonderful beach. Check-in went smooth, Yessy (the house-keeper) and some porters helped us with the luggage. Both appartements (which can be rented each separately or together) are beautifully decorated and the photos are all accurate. Yessy is also an incredible cook and has spoiled us with wonderful breakfasts a la carte, late lunches or dinners. For a little surcharge, Elisabeth also secured us access to the private beach-club, where we could lay on sundecks, splash in various pools, access the sea at four other beaches, and have drinks etc. we were able to order any Food from the Beach Club menus which were delivered to our Penthouses. I went jogging (easy 10 miles route away from traffic) or exercised in the property’s gym. Thank you for making this an unforgettable stay!

The house is very nice. The place is very cozy. The pool is big and has no caldera. But I don't really need for the heat it's great to cool off. The outdoor kitchen is very well equipped and with utensils to use in your stay. Mrs. Martha was very accessible to bring pets and attentive to everything in the home. The manager Mr. Luis is very friendly. to spend time with family is very relaxing the place.

The house is spacious and perfect for families or large groups. With several rooms and common areas, it provides comfort and privacy. The heated pool is a great attraction, ideal to enjoy year-round. The house is located in a quiet area, allowing you to enjoy peace and rest. However, it's a bit far from shops and restaurants, which could be inconvenient if you don't have a car. The host was very helpful and responsive. He provided us with local recommendations and was available to answer any questions during our stay. Best practices: - Bring food and drinks, as supermarkets are somewhat far away. - Take advantage of the pool at sunset, it's a wonderful experience.

Very friendly hosts, always on the lookout. It's close to downtown but not easy to get out and get there on foot. The place is very clean and spacious .

clean house, clean sheets and comfortable beds. The pool stays warm if there's sun, the shower in the single bedroom doesn't work 100%. But everything else is great.

The apartment was very clean and completely matched the photographs. The common areas are very well maintained and the security staff are very attentive. Communication with Monica is very clear and precise. Just to make an observation so that it doesn't happen with future visitors, the cleaning person showed up at 11 in the morning and started cleaning, even though check-out is at 12, and it was an unpleasant moment since we had to leave because of how uncomfortable the situation was.

Super recommended, nice place, brand new, clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful view to the pool, easy 5minute walk to the private beach club, the beach is clean, you can grab some seats and watch your kids have fun. The sea has waves but still you can enjoy a great moment, also there are two life guards from the condo if anything happens. Guillermo was always available and aware of any needs. He has a great staff at the residency for any help. We will definently will come back. Muchas gracias, hermoso lugar. Volveremos!
