Beachfront holiday rentals in Gubat

Tom was a very responsive host who promptly replied to all queries. His property is clean and peaceful, with well maintained cottages and garden. We arrived well before check in time but they accommodated us in our two reserved rooms as soon as they were cleaned. They also allowed us to use their nearby treehouse cottage freely to eat our lunch while they were preparing our rooms. They kindly warmed up some dishes we brought and also cooked a couple of additional dishes. They cook ‘lutong bahay’ dishes which are very reasonably priced. Owners, Tom and his wife and all their staff are very approachable and helpful. The beach is clean with clear water. The rooms are clean and surrounded by well maintained lovely cottages and garden. There is a nearby tiny ‘cave’ with really good view that can be reached by foot when the water is not too high. Thank you so much Tom and Team for accommodating us in your property. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday 🙏😊

The place was good for our stay. There is a few things that could be fixed. But over all we are pleased. We decided to stay in Samar for a few more nights also.

Best place for relaxation and nature trip without breaking your waller. Accomodating and friendly host, they can even buy for you a local foods for breakfast. We really love their brewed coffee and "suman" or "kakanin". It is near to the market, other spots like hot/cold spring, and other tourists area in Sorsogon. You can ask them to guide you with any tourist spots. And I can say that this place is best for surfers and nature lovers. We will definitely be back soon. ❤

It is a very nice place near the ocean. Black sand beach, islands, Mayon volcano just nearby. Further (and farther) possibilities include snorkeling with whale sharks, hot springs, natural park with a nice view on a lake near volcano, waterfalls. In general, the place is great both to experience adventurous holiday and for relaxing vacation with children...

The room we stayed in was a bit old and needs some maintenance. But it was clean and everything worked. Now, the overall area is stunning, the beach and the ambiance was surreal. They also have an in house restaurant/convenience store which was nice since we didnt need to think about where to buy food (nearest place you can go to is about 20-30 mins away) They literally had everything we needed and the hosts and caretakers were awesome and friendly. We would definitely go back here when we get the chance.

Mike & Yollie were amazing hosts! I had to get in touch with them through mobile though but they were very responsive then. We picked the place bc it was private, away from the crowded resorts. Note though that you will get charged extra boat fare bc this is not the usual route for boats. I highly suggest getting Yollie’s paluto service! Ask her the rate - you of course pay for the service and the ingredients. It is so worth it! (Ask for her sweet and sour fish - the recipe is a secret) I had a feast for my birthday with our boatmen - Noning, Joel, and James (they’re also the best!!!) ask for them ahead of time if you can! They took me to a private spot to snorkel my hearts content. If the weather is good, do opt to eat outside with the sunset view. I would definitely recommend Sunset for those like me looking for quiet respite. 🥰 Hope to be back again!!

The owner has a nice collection of art from around the world. I especially liked the decor throughout the house and the use of color and natural woods.

Randall is very responsive. Despite a late booking, he was able to accomodate us with ease.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Felt like we are at our own home. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and there is a store across the house where you can buy food and other things. We will definitely book again.

I feel so lucky to have found Lola Sayong. I’m used to kubo and kulambo living (nipa hut and mosquito tents) so this place welcomes back that part of me. The place is clean, well-maintained and well-loved by Bicolano hospitality. We were taken care of like we were good friends. Lots of spots for busy people to excel in doing nothing and enjoy wind and wave. Thank you Ate Kat, Abby, Kim, Nico, Anton, Ata and Johnmel the OG doggo of Lola Sayong for treating us like family!

Very nice resort fully staffed. I stayed in cottage very nice bed and WiFi router outside room so good connection. Resort can prepare meals.staff responsive and Caring

Very nice beach, staff incredibly kind and welcoming, food is really good. The room is big and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there.

April was super helpful with our vacation. She took care all of our needs. She went out of her way to make sure everything is going smoothly. April also took care of our transportations by getting us a company to take us to tour the area and transport back to the airport.

My family absolutely enjoyed staying at your beautiful home. The property's location is perfect, offering easy access to beach and stunning ocean views. Will definitely book on my next visit.
