A very good area near the city center and O'Higgins park, Florence is extremely friendly and was always present and attentive to solve any questions we had highly recommended if you want to be close to downtown

Edu was a good host, open in communication and helped when he could. One room didn’t have fan when we arrived and because of the heat we really needed it, 2 days later he installed one! If you stay with 3 people I think price quality it’s a very good deal 👍🏻 Location is good as well! Thanks edu

The apartment was on the edge of the central area so it was easy to walk to lots of restaurants and places of interest. There was a nice secluded terrace and well equipped kitchen with a washing machine.

We stayed for 6 nights with a toddler. The apartment is excellent, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, close to a hypermarket and with easy access to the highway, in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The owners, Sabrina and her parents are wonderful people, very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to talk to them. We loved everything. Thank you very much! Would recommend!

3rd time staying with Federico and we love the apartment! I could simply add that it would be ideal to have bigger cups, since the ones present are a bit small haha, in addition to more glasses, other than that, everything was perfect.
