Beachfront holiday rentals in Guayama

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Katianas place. Her place was clean, had plenty of towels, was literally a short walk to a very calm and peaceful beach. She also had chairs, beach toys and a cooler to use, which was great. It’s super close to the Luquillo Kioskos, and also another beach area that had a ton of things to do. The area felt safe as well. We enjoyed the sounds of the coqui and the random rain we got most days. Overall, it was a good space and a good location. Katiana was also very responsive if we had questions, her instructions on checking in and getting keys out of lockboxes. Thank you again Katiana!

Gabriel was as an excellent host-- extremely responsive & quick to answer any questions we may of had. The views of the beach from Gabriel's Airbnb are stunning-- absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Puerto Rico-- I highly recommend a stay at Gabriel's spot!

The views and place is amazing. Looks just like the pictures! The bed is so comfortable and the space was very clean. Location is near great restaurants and activities.

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Beautiful villa with an even more beautiful view! The villa is very spacious and clean! The pool is steps away (and so is the ocean), and we had the pool to ourselves the whole week. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants at the hotel. THE CASINO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED! We were very disappointed to find out it was closed for remodeling. The owner of the villa said he would update his listing since it currently says there is a casino on site. We hope to return once the casino is open.

Had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right by the kiosk that has everything you need, from great food and drinks to a lively atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was the pool table right next door — I love playing pool, so that was a great surprise. It’s also super close to everything in Luquillo, which made exploring the area really convenient. The host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This was a very beautiful place. Nice view from the balcony. Very clean. They have all the utensils for the outside activities, so no need to buy extra.

I can begin by saying this place was clean, big and very peaceful! It was the perfect place to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary with our kids and grand baby. It’s was very comfortable for a Family of 7 plus a toddler. They pretty much stocked that entire home with every thing you might need, especially the kitchen. Private beach was perfect and pool was great. My so. Loved playing his vacation playlist on your Sonos system around the property! Last thing, Hector was amazingly helpful, went beyond his duties to make sure our stay was perfect, and always answered our calls, or texts. After renting so many homes this was the first time we had a Maintence person available to us and treated us like we were friends for a long time! Thank you Stephanie for thinking of everything, we will be back and you will be recommended! Until next time!

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

Staying at Brad's apartment in Luquillo was a dream! We had an amazing stay. From the beginning, Brad was communicative and gave excellent recommendations for attractions nearby. He was responsive to our messages and questions. The apartment was in excellent condition, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. A/C worked perfectly and created a nice reprieve from the heat. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter, and Brad offered a pack n' play, beach toys, and great suggestions for beaches nearby that were toddler-friendly. The view from the balcony is truly special -- the water really is that turquoise!! You won't regret staying here!

This is the second time, I stayed in Dan’s place’. Incredible place to stay is peaceful, private and the beach is a few steps away. Not a luxurious abode but has everything you need to have a great time with friends and/or family. Very good restaurants near by and even walking distance. I recommend the place 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose and Omayra’s Airbnb in Punta Santiago. The space is a private sublet apartment located at the rear of their main home, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after hot days of exploring. Jose and Omayra were warm and welcoming hosts who took the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything worked, which made settling in easy. They also provided a helpful guidebook full of local tourist attractions and were full of great recommendations for things to see and do. The property features several shared spaces like a cozy front patio and a charming coffee bar—perfect for relaxing in the morning. The location is peaceful and set in the countryside, yet conveniently located near several key attractions like El Yunque National Forest, El Río Hippie, and the Humacao Nature Reserve. Loved staying here! The apartment was so comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. We had parking, good food, a beautiful place to stay, kioskos down the road for good food and memories we'll never forget. 10/10 I would recommend 🙂

We made the perfect choice. The stay matched the ad and was everything we were looking for. The location and access instructions were clear & concise and everyone from the parking attendants to security was pleasant, helpful and spoke English. I highly recommend.

The house was relatively easy to find, and I really enjoyed being able to park in the driveway, behind the sliding gate. The kitchen was stocked with all you’d need to cook, including some rice, peanut butter, syrups, cereal, and even a couple cans of chef Boyardee! You are right next door to a bar, which can be very noisy at night, but the DJ/loud music would stop around 8 PM (on the weekends). I don’t believe that hey played music on the weekdays. Several nice spots to eat within 5-10 minutes, and the drive to the ferry to Vieques/Culebra wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves across the street, although the beach itself didn’t seem like it was suited for sunbathing/swimming. When we arrived, we ventured over and there was too much sea debris (twigs/tires/palm leaves/etc) to put down a towel. There was a lot of outdoor seating on the balcony of the air bnb (chairs, benches, a picnic bench, etc) and cushions were provided! Would stay again!

I enjoyed my time so much. We traveled with our daughter and eventually my father visited for a day or two. The security in the building is very well established, the place was spotless and in a ideal location. Really a steal for the price.
