La casa es tal cual la descripción, súper espaciosa y cómoda. Definitivamente mi familia y yo volveremos. Totalmente recomendada junto a su anfitrión.

Pamela es una súper host, responde súper rápido. El lugar es súper acogedor y MUY tranquilo. Muy bien distribuido y equipado con todo lo necesario. Disfrutamos mucho del espacio. Gracias a Pamela por estar súper pendientes de nosotros. La pasamos de maravilla.

Todo estuvo muy bien, era exactamente lo que buscaba, mis amigos y yo la pasamos muy bien. Y todo estaba bien organizado y limpio

Excellent stay! The Villa was exactly as it appeared in photos. It is nice and quite, with privacy on the back pool area. House was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved host Sarah! She is very kind and welcoming, we wanted to take her home with us! I will always stay here when visiting Boca Chica.

10/10 - Perfect Stay in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic! I absolutely loved my stay at this house in Boca Chica. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was very clean, the pool was excellent, and the whole environment was just what I needed. Communication with the owner was super easy, and everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and welcoming. I truly give it a 10 out of 10 - 1 would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nelly was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us great local recommendations. The space felt like a home away from home, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Nelly as a host!

Great place to stay, very quiet and clean

Ya es de mi segunda vez que vengo a este lugar y cada día más más más hermoso y más limpio. Venga, vengan y disfrute de este hermoso lugar, se lo recomiendo al 100 un lugar perfecto para todos.

Alojamiento muy cómodo, excelente ubicación, lugar tranquilo para disfrutar en familia, anfitrión súper amable, servicial y muy atento.

This is a very quite villa so if you are looking for a piece of mind this is the place to be. But you need to know that the person who books the Airbnb is the only person who has access to the resort pool and beach area only!! if you would like to order food and go to the cafe you must pay for a day pass and if you have kids they will cost $40 each end anyone 13 years or older will be $70. The resort staff will constantly remind you of the rule and it will seem repetitive. Also you will need a car to get back and forth to the beach because you can not walk there. The distance is too far because the original access route has been cut off by construction.

This is the second time I've stayed there and I feel right at home. The stay will be unforgettable. May God bless your house and thank you very much for your attention. Very kind, thank you.

Estuve por 21 dia con mi familia y nos encanto todo la casa y la picina estan en perfecta condiciones y el sen̈or Joel muy pendiente y amable.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este alojamiento. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y agradable. La ubicación también fue perfecta, cerca de la playa y de la ciudad. Nos sorprendió la buena atención tanto de Jorge y Ricardo: desde el primer momento, el anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Se notaba el cuidado y la dedicación para que todo saliera bien. ¡Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%!

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Alles hat gepasst! Nairobi und Pavel sind wunderbare Gastgeber und haben sich immer um alles gekümmert, wenn wir irgendwo Unterstützung gebraucht haben. Sie haben mir sogar eine Gitarre besorgt für die Zeit unseres Aufenthalts und an meinem Geburtstag bekam ich einen Kuchen von Nairobi. Also für uns 100 von 100 Punkten. Anmerkung: Wir hatten bewusst auf einen Mietwagen verzichtet, da wir primär einen Arbeitsaufenthalt geplant hatten (by the way: Internet funktioniert super!) Wer Strand will: der ist leider fußläufig ca 15 Minuten entfernt und der Weg dahin ist wenig attraktiv. Dafür ist der Strand an sich aber wieder super und nicht so überlaufen von Touristen. Thats it! Great place and location

the first time I went to Jose and Martina's villa was amazing but now with all the updates is even more beautiful 😍 This time I took Martina's recommendation to have Maribel help us out with the cooking and it was the best decision I ever made, she was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramon’s place. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. I recommend it to anyone visiting San Pedro.
