Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

Where do I begin, first let me start with Mateo, hands down the best airbnb host I have ever come across. A few words that come to mind, respectful, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, generous, I could on and on, the man is an absolute saint in every way. He went above and beyond any host I have ever met! and for his airbnb, I almost dont have words. i have seen many airbnb penthouses, but I truely believe he has one of the best if not the best penthouse in all of Medellin. its absolutely breathtaking. the terrace by the jacuzzi will fill you with emotion its so beautiful. I was overwhelmed when I arrived, it was litteraly perfect in every way, and it was over stocked with anything you could possibly imagine needing. The feeling it gives with all the plants and the natural lighting and attention to detail, I will never forget being allowed to stay in this airbnb, it was truely one of the highlights of my lifetime. Thank you again Mateo, it was the experience of a lifetime!

A mi familia y a mi, nos encantó el lugar, mis niñas se divirtieron mucho en la piscina y en el parque. Oscar fue muy atento y estaba pendiente de todo. Estamos pensando regresar en muestra próximas vacaciones.

Tutto il soggiorno è stato formidabile, Diana e stata sempre presente, per ogni nostra domanda e aiuto, appartamento pulitissimo e ordinato, a piedi si possono raggiungere supermercati, bar e ristoranti, punto strategico per ogni direzione. Ritorneremo!!!

Excelente ubicación. Barrio con varias cosas cerca para caminar, restaurantes y cafeterias. Tranquilo para dormir. Cuenta con recepción y seguridad 24 horas.

This apartament was bright, clean, and really well-equipped. We accidentally locked ourselves out but Santiago and his neighbor were so helpful in quickly getting us back in. Fantastic host and apartment, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Medellin!

Wow - what a hidden gem in Sabaneta! This was the perfect place to be near all of the action. The space itself is extremely airy, and is perfect if you’re working nomadically. The hospitality was great and the communication was exceptional. Thank you so much!

The apartment was great 👍 but the cleanliness was not on point, to get to town you need to take a taxi 🚕, there corner store is great has a lot, the noise level in the morning is high. Make sure you read the book guid the pool rules are strict, we had a great time, already planning for next year thank you 🙏

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful and unique high floor apartment. About a 15-20 minute walk from el Tesoro (large shopping center.) Apartment decoration is really unique and one off. Julissa was a wonderful and considerate host. Always responding within minutes! The value is very well worth it. You won’t find much better without paying a fairly significant amount more.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

I’ve been coming to Medellin my whole life and have stayed at various places in the city, the view at Carlos’s place is unbeatable. The listing is just as described. My family and I had a great time , I hope to come and stay here again.
