We had a wonderful stay. Casa Esmeralda is beautiful home with privacy and a magnificent view. The flora and fauna make it feel paradise. The hosts: Kirsten, Dennis, Jennifer and George could not have been more attentive. It is a great to stay in an incredible setting.

El alojamiento estuvo súper bien ya que la ubicación es muy buena ya que tiene cerca varios puntos de interés y para moverte aparte de que el lugar era muy tranquilo y la casa estaba limpia

Bird watcher paradise. Emanuel was a wonderful host. we had to cancel our booking and reschedule the dates due to an illness, even though the booking was not refundable. Emanuel was extremely understanding and lenient and alowed us to change our date without issues. the house was clean and very well maintained. the surrounding area was beautiful with a Lagoon and river next door. best part was the variety of birds you can see outside the house including toucans.

We as a group love the place, we had a great time. We highly recommend to rent or have a Four wheels traction transportation.

We stayed in the orange cabin for 4 nights. We had an amazing time. Prior to check in the host messaged me with detailed instructions for check in and information about our stay. Check in was easy and the host was there to greet us and make sure we got in ok. Cabin was pristine! The cabin and property was beautiful, tidy, and very clean. The host lives on the property which also made us feel extra safe. He was also around daily to check in with us and make sure we were satisfied. The host is very responsive and quick to reply to any questions. We had great weather and view of the volcano, especially in the morning. The cabin is about a 2 min drive from downtown La Fortuna, but feels peaceful and quiet. Many birds frequented the property as well as the hosts new kitten who was very friendly and playful. Overall I have zero complaints! Would definitely recommend this place

We had a great time at Andreina’s place! We really enjoyed the location, it is very walkable to the city center and El Salto waterfall! We also loved the hot tub (although it takes 30min+ to fill up but we managed our time) and the views are incredible! Thank you for being very responsive and flexible :) we will definitely consider coming back again!

We loved our stay here! Patricia was a great host who greeted us on arrival and made the check in process smooth. She provided local recommendations and answered all our questions. The place was clean and we felt right at home there. Walking distance to all the places, secure parking access, and an A/C in the room which was greatly appreciated after warm days hiking! Highly recommend and would stay here again without hesitation! Thank you Patricia!

Toucan Apartments was so beautiful and peaceful! You really felt like you were staying in the clouds! We were very close to the attractions in Monteverde and Santa Elena. Lots to do!! We were lucky to have stayed here!

Our time at Danta Santa was truly amazing ! We loved how private the location felt and how beautiful it was. The pictures looked exactly like the pictures and somehow in person it was more breathtaking! Although it rained a lot during our stay we didn’t mind because the Airbnb was truly our own oasis. We loved that we had the option to have the place fully opened or closed. The space was perfect for a couple trying to get away from a crowded city. We loved that everything was nearby, such as the restaurants and activities. Everything was 20 mins away or less. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, modern and cozy place to stay! We will definitely be retuning and booking Danta Santa.

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

Found our stay at the apartment comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses comfortable as were the sofas in the living space. It was an ideal location for our base for the week, close to town and restaurants, but also perfect as a sanctuary from some spectacular rain and thunderstorms that would roll in. We never really used the kitchen for cooking but it had all the amenities. The shower had good water pressure and hot water if needed. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions. If we needed it, fresh towels and sheets were available as was a tidy and clean of the garbage and bathroom from the helpful lady who worked there. We stayed for just over a week and would happily return and recommend to others.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit allem was mach brauch und einer schönen Terasse! Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar! Die Kommunikation war einfach und nett! 👍🏻 :-)

El alojamiento fue exactamente como estaba descrito. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectarse del mundo y descansar. Estuve allí con mi familia y todos disfrutamos muchísimo. Las camas son súper cómodas y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig - abgelegen von der Hauptstraße. Etwas Stauraum wäre schön gewesen aber war nicht störend. Genug Ausstattung zum Kochen war auch gegeben auch wenn einige Sachen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Alles in allem kann man sich aber wirklich nicht beschweren - das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
