Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Guatemala Department

We visited this weekend as a family in this beautiful, cozy and charming house, it exceeded our expectations, everything was very nice, well informed and everything well explained, we appreciate the opportunity to meet her. We would definitely stay with it again.

A gem of a place to stay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. There were multiple places to gather as a group or get away for some solitude. The rooftop terrace was a lovely joy. Plenty of rooms and places to put belongings for a longer stay. Close to shops, churches, various restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this home for your stay in Antigua! Absolutely loved it. Surrounded by delicious restaurants and walkable. Plus their ground keeper is amazing! So kind and helpful.

We loved Eugenia's home and the location. It is a bit of a walk, however we wanted to be removed and have peace and quiet. It is at least a 10 minute walk to anything along a cobblestone street. The wifi worked in the common areas not in the bedrooms. The housekeeper, Juanita was wonderful. She kindly greeted us and showed us around. The caretaker was available to get the hot tub ready for our evening enjoyment. Eugenia was always available for any questions. We loved the beautiful art displayed in the house.

Great place to stay. The home is very comfy and the neighbors great, safe and quite.

Marlen was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even when we ran into a few inconveniences. Her property is beautiful and well-maintained, set in one of the best neighborhoods in town. The area felt very safe and had plenty to explore, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Charming place in a beautiful town.

Very good location. Excellent place

Great secluded area. Easy to find. Spacious enough for two people maybe two adults in one child. If you don’t have a car, you will need to take public transportation. Air-conditioning blows very cool. Bed could be upgraded, but serviceable.

Pola was always attentive to my visit, I highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment. Beautiful clean and luxurious. Only downside was that the pool was not heated, which is what my kids were really looking forward to, and the reason we chose this place. It was broken for several weeks according to the manager downstairs.

It was an excellent stay! The place is quiet and without a lot of noise as it is not inside the main town helmet, without being very far from the center, only 7 min walk from the handicrafts market and 15-20 from the central park. In addition, the attention to detail in the apartment is incredible! A bottle of wine to welcome us, firewood in the fireplaces, lights adorning the patio and the equipped kitchen with everything you need (including a good coffee). We only stayed 2 adults and the space was ideal for a couple, I consider that 2 other people would fit since they have an extra bed, only a little tighter. The photos on the listing are accurate, with stained glass windows and attention to improve the experience. The attention was friendly and fast but not very flexible, which is understood by the care they give to the place, only would not be the option if they are looking for a different check-in/out than the listing. All and all, would always come back, a unique experience:)

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

The house was lovely, just like in the pictures and even more. It was the perfect space during our vacation. It has nice little touches inside, plenty of room, and it’s in a great area with an amazing view of the volcano. Very clean and comfortable. Waleska was super helpful and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We had a few hiccups getting from the airport, but she made sure we got there fine and helped make check-in and checkout really smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice villa, according to the photographs, the house was very well decorated and clean, the caretakers are very friendly and Ricardo is always attentive, very close to the center of Antigua Guatemala. Very good stay. I would give you a plus if the rooms had AC otherwise 10/10

This house is absolutely beautiful and I would recommend 100%. It was close to everything, incredibly comfortable and the host was nice and responsive at all times.

This place is absolutely magical. The photos are amazing, and they do not do it justice. We were blown away when we walked in for the tour with Jose. The care that went into each and every piece in the home is next level...beautiful touches throughout. If you don't mind a ride up and down the hill going to and from town center, it doesn't get any better. Amazing service and communication throughout our journey. If you're on the fence, just do it...you won't be disappointed.

This was our second time at this home. Super comfortable and safe. Great for bigger groups.

The place was great , Azucena was very helpful all the way around the house , she was more than we expected. We love it.

Great place to stay with your family or friends, from watching the sunset to having a carnita asada this was such a nice experience. They got some nice additional amenities they should mention I believe such as the football court, canopy and the trampolines... The only thing I would add is to add an ambient light to the jacuzzi but overall just a great place.
