The property was absolutely beautiful—spotless, with modern appliances and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The building is very secure, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities nearby. Highly recommend!

A nice space with various amenities, good location with two balconies that gives it a plus. It might be missing some equipment, plunger and pan that would give it a perfect score. It is also recommended for all the positive things you have.

My stay was wonderful — truly. The room had a slight odor, but I’m a kind and understanding person. Life isn’t always perfect, and I know people work hard to make an honest living. She and her team deserve all the stars in the world for their hospitality. I’m not a privileged tourist — I get it, and I deeply appreciate the effort and care they showed in hosting me. Demmi’s property is irresistible. 1) Safety: it is behind a gated community, for those seeking safety - rest assured (literally) the property’s utmost priority is the safety of the guests and residents. 2)Cleanliness: it is an immaculately clean space, it is obviously tended to and cared for. The fresh earth based scent of the space signals to me a cleanliness and respect to nature as I suspect non-toxic cleaning products are used. 3) Location: it is a 15-20 minute walk to the centro and 5 minutes off the highway, you are right where you want to be. 4) Host: Demmi is highly response, and considerate! Exactly what you seek in a AIRBNB host. The only hiccups included challenges associated with the region of the world such as WiFi occasionally spotty and finding the incorrect address at first. Only 1 TV was not functioning properly, which Demmi offered to come and fix but WE chose to leave it alone during our stay. Absolutely amazing space, 5 stars across way! Highly recommended!

Wow, what a great find! This apartment was exactly what we were hoping for during our stay in Antigua. The location is excellent, rain head shower is relaxing, hotel staff is so friendly and professional, grounds are beautiful, everything is very clean and well-kept, Lorenzo the parrot was our instant amigo, and we will definitely be back! This is a 5 min walk to the central plaza, and there are dozens of artisan shops, restaurants of all levels from casual to fine dining, coffee shops galore, and many tiendas in just the immediate area surrounding this place, not to mention greater Antigua. We walked everywhere and we always felt safe. You do not need to rent a car to stay here - you can walk to everything easily, and there Uber drivers or taxis for anything beyond a walk. Thank you to Ana Lucia for providing such a comfortable home away from home. We will definitely be back.

very nice place. the jacuzzi worked perfect. but there was a construction right in front of the balcony area where the jacuzzi is.We could not use the jacuzzi until after 6pm that the construction workers left since the workers could see everything from above and the next morning the noise started at 7am. everything else very nice. The bed is super comfortable, clean place and WiFi working well. The area in general near malls and restaurants in zone 4.

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and services. Easy 10 minute walk to Oakland place mall (i believe newly renovated). A great way to spend a few hours exploring, shopping and eating. A great base in Zone 10, which I found was fairly safe as a female solo traveller.
