Our stay was very good, despite the rain, we like the city very much, we intend to return in the summer! The house has everything in relation to appliances, utensils, etc., everything in great condition, House smell, amenities such as the one informed: soaps, towels, some kitchen supplies, etc. the fishman came several times, in short, we have no complaints!!! Beach, supermarkets, nearby restaurants, very good location! Congratulations and thank you to the hosts, who have always been on standby for us to assist!!!

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

We were family, and there were many, we were super comfortable, the house is ready with everything to welcome many people. The access to the beach is a meters away, the place is very quiet. Arnaldo received us in an excellent way and was always available for what we needed. Excellent place, we have a beautiful family vacation.

Vim commemorating my birthday with my family and I only have to thank Matheus and his Wife, who are excellent hosts, wonderful couple we made them feel like homeowners, welcomed us very well, very active, answer the questions very quickly, not to mention that the house really is wonderful, all new and quality, home very comfort and with excellent space, excellent pool and with protection for small children not to access without an adult. And a very large and very comfortable house with a projector to watch on a big screen. Everything very well thought out and planned. We comment on air-conditioning and Matheus is already preparing to put on the air-conditioning, and will still make a new deck with coverage.
