Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

We spent the weekend at Ana's apartment, and that was what we were looking for at moment. Something simple and close to the beach, with several restaurants, mercaod and pharmacy just next. We were off-season so it was quite calm. I can't say that in season it's the same. The condominium offers several options for children and the check in/out was very quiet. Ana was very attentive.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Larissa is a very responsive host and we highly recommend this unit.

Not to mention that we don't have to worry about taking a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The location of the apto is great and the reception as well. We spent 5 days in the apartment in a group of 8 people. We are well accommodated. The apartment is very good for group accommodation, well equipped and spacious, close to the beach, easy access, good garages and efficient concierge service. Bruna was a very considerate host.

Great property, exactly as described. We will be at the attention of the impeccable Nice host, responding quickly to all questioning and request for support. The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
