I was delighted with Uiara's space! The place is beautiful, very well decorated and cozy. The shower is excellent, the mattress comfortable, and the environment has all the essential appliances and even a few more. A special charm is the small library and the old record player with records of excellent music from past decades. And the view... totally open and breathtaking. A special little corner that makes you want to come back again and again.

We chose this location mainly for its great cost-benefit. The location is easy to access. The first time we went, we were a little apprehensive, but we never witnessed anything that caused us concern. On the contrary, the neighborhood is simple, but quiet — a typical residential neighborhood. Still, if you are going to arrive very late, I recommend taking a walk around the block to check if everything is safe, since there is not always a parking space right in front of the place. The accommodations are very good and clean. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, with quality pillows and sheets. It is possible to prepare small meals, such as breakfast or a simple lunch, as the kitchen is well equipped and functional. The bathroom is small, but perfectly meets the needs. Anyway, the place is charming! It was the second time we stayed there, and we will definitely return more often. I thank the host for all the attention, information and availability!

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Our stay was wonderful. It met our need very well, as we came for a Training Course at ANP and the location is strategic. We divided the 2 bedrooms between 4 people, with 2 in the suite and 2 using the social bathroom, which is in the service area. The house is quite airy and pleasant, dispensing with the need for a fan or air conditioning. The luxury of the house is that the environments are huge for the reality of the Pilot Plan. The TV has all possible channels. The internet signal is a little weak and sometimes it didn't work for video calls. Dona Elza is a phenomenal host, always ready to welcome us and provide information. She welcomed everyone very well, including inviting for meals. Your house is under the accommodation, where we climb the staircase to our home. The cost-benefit and amenities, for us who shared the rent and didn't have much luxury was excellent, could not have been better. I highly recommend it for similar purposes and needs.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

The house is great, super pleasant, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all working equipment. Lighting is a matter, because it is not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It is well explained in the house manual, but you need to read to understand. The location is also good for those who have appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to Pontão do Lago Sul, a place to stroll through the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always protected with a tarp and the gardener did not show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who cook in the house, it is good to arrange food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towel and film paper). We like the identification system at the concierge, super secure. However, some app drivers had a problem identifying the group. The gatekeepers did not have the easy to access information.

Ygna responded very clearly and quickly, the house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and in very good taste. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. Overall, the space is wonderful, I've already booked to come back.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential - we had restaurants, cafes and shops available all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Suzy welcomed us with great care, always attentive and helpful. Note 10! I highly recommend it!

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and do the check-in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was very good, the accommodation with all the items described in the app. For those who go to work and need practicality, it is excellent. Safe, family-friendly, well-residential environment, close to the bakery, market, pharmacy, etc. and has a gym, which is important to me.

The flat is exactly like the photo and a pleasant view with treetops. The convenience store has everything you need for a quick meal or snack, which is very helpful if you arrive late. The only suggestion is to check the towels better, as they were clean but frayed. Important: it is silent and the wi-fi is great

André has always been very helpful in serving us. The Condominium is super complete with leisure area and we were able to use the pool with the children on a day that was very hot. The apartment is very cozy, there are many items in the kitchen where you can have all the meals you want. The washer and dryer helped us a lot in the washing of our young children's clothes during the stay. Clean, organized, complete and gives quiet for a long stay! We will definitely return!
