Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guapiles

Leonardo and Pablo were both extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The view on a sunny day in the pool was definitely the highlight of the entire stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay again! All the puppies in the immediate area were also a huge highlight for us! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Also, highly recommend visiting Container Platz for delicious variety of food trucks and a great date night/family night out atmosphere. Something for everyone there!

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, el edificio es realmente muy lindo, muchos lugares para comer alrededor. La atención fue excelente. Conversamos por un check aun más flexible y fue 10/10. Pero como sugerencia deben mejorar la cama, de paso todo bien por más lo pensaría. Muchas muchas gracias !!!

We really enjoyed the size of the apartment and how well it was kept up. Marcela was very responsive. I just wish we had had more time to explore the neighborhood.

We felt right at home at Andrey’s place. The studio has high ceilings and feels spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the space was well designed and had all the basic needs taken care of. The apartment is very conveniently located for shopping and restaurants, many of which are walkable. Andrey was responsive and a good communicator. We will definitely return!

Stayed in San José for two nights and had a great time here! The room has everything you need, a small kitchen and a very clean bathroom. Also right in the center of San José and in walking distance from great museums and other attractions.

Additionally, it's conveniently situated with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options just a short walk away. The apartment itself is always impeccably clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I felt right at home during my stay. Moreover, the neighborhood is extremely safe, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San José. Me encantó este alojamiento. Definitivamente regresaría. Está bien equipado y es apto para quienes quieran pegarse una escapada, como para quienes quieran un lugar con lindas vistas o ambos. Recomendado.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Great place! Just like the photos. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. The shower water was cold but I have gotten used to that in travelling that not every place has the warmest shower water but definitely not a big deal! Everything else worked great, love the private big gate to make the property feel tucked away and private. You can hear running water in the creek or river that's down below which is lovely to listen to. We didn't get a chance to walk down. I love C.R. and plan to be back and would 100% stay here again.

A absolute privilege to spend a few days here as a family. A gem of a house that felt immediately like a home. We loved the quirks and the passion for enjoyment. Top of our price range but to us it was worth every penny. Thank you Tucker.

El estudio de Veronica es agradable y cómodo, lo recomiendo. Veronica ed amigable y muy pronta para responder en todo momento.

El apartamento es lindo. Y está muy bien ubicado, frente al mall, cerca del aeropuerto, de la estación de buses... Mi único inconveniente es que sólo me quedé una noche y necesitaba descansar y la calle donde se ubica es muy transitada por lo que es bastante ruidosa. Pero vale la pena por la ubicación!

Excelente lugar. Muy bonito y acogedor. La decoración estaba bien bonita. El edificio tiene vista fabulosa, una barra en el lobby y la decoración de los pisos con diferentes concepto me gusto. 100% recomendado.

The apartment is in a fantastic location—just a short walk from the national stadium, which was super convenient for our event. The view of San Jose from the apartment was absolutely stunning, especially at night. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located place in the city!

Perfect landing spot in the city, fantastic facilities. Wish we had more days and would have stayed longer just to explore the building and surrounding restaurants.

All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

The condo was very easy to locate, you will need your passport when you check in with the gate guard. This was he can make sure the on the spell all the names correct & they match the reservation.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed, very very clean and in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. The host is kind and responds quickly.
