Kotik Casa is located on quite street right off Cam Playa. Featuring gated one car parking, an exclusive place with 2 twin beds in one bedroom and 1 queen bed in another. One bathroom, hot water, toiletries. 55” tv in living room, 65” in outside area. Kitchen tools. Fully equipped. Steps from the beach. This house is perfect for 2-4 guests. Nice and clean space, comfortable mattresses and pillows. WiFi is included. Close to lots of restaurants, beaches, and Aguada with all its boutiques.
