Waterfront holiday rentals in Guánica

I stayed there about 5k Paradisiac. the place is a short walk from the village .just what I wanted .me spectacular passé

Had a great time at Coby's house which is located near to many other beaches and towns that we planned to visit(Boqueron/Combate). We did lose power 1 night for about 6 hours but no big deal. Tip: if you want better mobile phone service raise all the roll up shutters to improve signal. Thank you Coby for renting us your special place! 🇵🇷🍻

They are a lovely couple that take care of their place and make their guests feel at home.

The place is chévere, we had a super good time, Ivonne was always attentive to any need, we had absolute privacy, the beaches super close, you could walk! The spectacular pools! there was no need to go out, we had plans, but for me I would have stayed at all times without going out! The only inconvenience for me was the wifi service, you could not see tv, the signal was super slow and as I went with my grandmother I had to buy an antenna for her to watch movies and the girls saw dolls at the time of being inside the apartment, since we didn't go to see tv haha but if it was a point less...

the view lived up to the name! Caricoles view is a lovely studio type room with a sweet balcony with a view of the water. the condo complex was beautifully kept with lovely sitting areas on each level overlooking the pool on one side and the street on the other. watching the sunrise, hearing the roosters, and coffee from the PargMar bakery on the corner was a great way to start the days. the bathroom is amazing with a rainhead and sprayer and the matress was super comfy! the condo is right in town, close enough to walk to restaurants and town/water activities yet peaceful and away from the nightlife. there is a laundromat nearby if needed. No elevator, but the 3 flights of stairs were no trouble. Jorge was great, he gave check in instructions with pictures (the trim color of the building is now blue). Parguera is beautiful! You'll want to take a boat across the bay, spend some time on the water, & have a Mojito at Karicole's when you get back to town. would definitely stay here again!

To us we loved it wish our trip was longer wasn’t ready to leave but yes i recommend this place 💯 but the f you are a person that likes to sleep in fugghetabout it the sounds of the roosters at 5 in the morning were priceless to wake up to the sound of them. And the view❤️.Thank you for the hospitality. Will repeat for sure.

Out stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for two families of 4 each. The kids had space to play games, the adults space to chill. The patio is a beautiful spot to take a morning coffee and has a great breeze. The rental is just a 15 minute walk into town where there is lots to do.

My experience at this place was just great. Since we arrived the host was very attentive and always willing to help with any questions or needs. Communication was clear and fast. The place was spotless, as shown in the pictures, very comfortable and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything!

Great home in a great location. Our family of 15 really enjoyed the stay and everything Parguera had to offer. Host was great and always responded timely. We would absolutely stay again.

Margarita’s house exceeded our expectations!! We arranged a family reunion with our elderly parents and the stay was beyond perfect! The place is centrally located and very clean and well supplied. She was always one step ahead. Responsiva all the time even after 8-9 pm. Very friendly. The place Is Special, very private and exceptionally located!! I’ll definitely make another memorable weekend in this place!!

Very nice and comfortable house. Good space and amenities. Located at a short walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurants surrounding the property at walking distance. Adlyn was a great host, providing clear instructions and is a very friendly person, which we appreciated.

Me and Family stayed there a whole week you have the beach right by you. The place was super clean very up-to-date in a private area very peaceful and relaxing. The host was great. Check-in was very easy. Communication was on point. I appreciate the opportunity and time we spent there would love to go again

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

The place was very clean! I loved that it was walking distance to the beach a couple minutes driving to restaurants and grocery store. It includes everything: laundry, two baths, two beds. Beautiful experience overall

Good location right on the beach, Everything you would need for a beach day is included (towels, bag, chairs, coolers) The place was clean with cold A/C and Hot showers! We loved the gated parking for extra security.

Perfect stay for family with kids.

This was such a great stay for my husband and I to enjoy part of our honeymoon at. Beautiful views, nearby many restaurants and beautiful beaches with one literally behind us. Super convenient to get anywhere and a fun plus great experience overall. I’d recommend her stay to anyone visiting Cabo rojo. Thank you again!
