Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Guánica

The backyard is an amazing place to stay. Unfortunately, they were without power during our stay and their generator wasn't working. This was totally out of their control and the host was extremely proactive and helpful with the situation. They even gave us a gift and a partial refund, which wasn't necessary but very appreciated. the space itself is so serene and tranquil. we loved how they decorated and outfitted the unit. outdoor living at its finest and was so private. Looks exactly like the photos. Two different locked gates for added peace of mind We would definitely return next time (although hopefully with A/C 😀)

The stay was amazing and extremely comfortable. The place was beautiful and the area was worth the trip. We would definitely stay again and everyone was kind and friendly.

I loved the fact that the a/c was on and they left a nice soft music youtube channel on. Makes you feel welcome and that someone was actually looking forward to your arrival. Place was spotless, coffee in the room, warm shower. Since I went for work, I arrived late & left early, so cant say much about the area, but it all seemed good. Would certainly go back

Me encantò el lugar. Muy accesible, cerca al mar. Sencillo pero muy lindo, còmodo y agradable. El área de la piscina está espectacular, la piscina limpia. Fuimos para un torneo de baseball de mi hijo y gracias a las facilidades y la ubicación del lugar pudimos convertirlo en unas mini vacaciones. Volvería sin pensarlo

Mi estadía en esta hermosa villa en Cabo Rojo fue simplemente perfecta: despertar con la brisa marina, disfrutar cada rincón rodeada de naturaleza y terminar el día con atardeceres de postal. Gracias infinitas a Javier por su amabilidad, por cada detalle y por hacer de estos días un recuerdo inolvidable. Cabo Rojo siempre tendrá un pedacito de mi corazón.

We stayed in this property in January 2025. Very nice and peaceful location. The house had everything that we needed and had enough space for our entire family. Very clean. 20 minutes drive to big city with great restaurants in about five minutes to a beach with great good options for lunch. I recommend this place. There’s a bunch of convenience stores within five minute drive

Me encantó el lugar, muy lindo y acogedor. Lo alquilé para quedarme y ver a mi familia en San Germán. Es muy céntrico cerca de todo lo del pueblo. Muchos restaurantes cerca y la plaza. Lo recomiendo totalmente, bastante tranquilo, limpio y organizado. La anfitriona muy buena, responde rápido y explica muy bien.

The place was very close to Playa Santa and la Jungla. Great place to stay with kids, has a pool and ample space outside. Great location and size of property. We had a great time and will repeat!

Es un lugar accesible a muchas cosas a su alrededor y el encargado, es muy responsable y bondadoso en lo que esté a su alcance. Nos quedamos con ganas de pasar más días. Definitivamente encantada, y pronto otra estadía. ¡Excelente servicio!

Great location for La Parguera. Peaceful home, great pool and outdoor areas for happy hour/dinner with family. Would definitely come back.

We have a night stay in Ponce during our road trip across the island and this place is great! Compare to the other places on the island we stayed at (which are all great places to stay), I would definitely say this is the most comfortable Airbnb so far. The place looks clean and newly renovated, really good ocean view and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is also super comfy and pretty quiet at night (this is the first night I don’t need my ear plugs). So really recommend the place to everyone who travels to Ponce! Only one thing to note - this place is at 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage using staircase. But overall great experience staying here for the night!

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.
