Beachfront holiday rentals in Guánica

Tremendo lugar para quedarse con la familia. Muy limpio y grande. La cocina está equipada con todo. Los cuartos y baños son cómodos. Hay aire en la casa y cuartos. Hay un grill de gas, lavadora y secadora, equipo para snorkeling, salvavidas, juguetes, hamaca, mesas, sillas, kayaks y paddleboards. La playa está literalmente al salir del portón trasero de la casa. Hay un area con arena y agua bien clarita y llana para bañarse en el mar. También se puede ir a Isla Ratones en kayak o paddleboard en unos 15 minutos. No es una playa privada y los locales tienden a venir al área de la casa a tirarse del muelle. Lucas, el manager, está siempre atento y disponible (el vive en los altos de la casa). Hay muchos restaurantes a walking distance (Mi Patria está rico) y un supermercado Selectos bien cerca también. Fue una experiencia increíble y se lo recomiendo a todos!

De mis lugares favoritos por siempre, la mejor vista, el mejor atardecer. Un lugar espectacular. Definitivamente volveremos, mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Javier tiene su propiedad hermosa. Javier se comunicó con nosotros en todo momento, súper fácil llegar, instrucciones fácil de seguir. Todo súper detallado. Quedamos encantados!!!!

Amazing home with a gorgeous beach. Close to many of the best things to do in Mayaguez and Puerto Rico as a whole. Will most likely book when I go back this summer.

We chose Mara’s listing for the deck and beautiful location—and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely spectacular. We ended up skipping many of our planned activities simply because we enjoyed being at the house so much. We fished right from the deck, kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and soaked in the stunning scenery—all without leaving the property. Mark was incredibly friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and truly hope to book again someday.

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

Is very cozy and beautifully decorated inside. It’s also incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are perfect—peaceful, with a nice breeze and no noise at all. A great place to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

Lovely place, enjoyed the location. Great setup for a large family or group. The number of bathrooms is a rare find. Very beautiful sunsets.

El bohío es muy seguro mi acogedor Está amueblado Y cuentan con varios juegos de mesa así como kayak sillas de playa nevera y otros artículos para la entretenimiento familiar. Second time staying here. Dorkas continues to be a great host. Lost power overnight but the building generator kicked on. Water was affected but Dorkas acted quickly to resolve the issue and communicated all the way through. I highly recommend. I even recommended to my sisters that will be visiting soon.

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

WOW—this was the most magical Airbnb stay of our lives! From the moment we arrived, Gabriella went above and beyond—greeting us with a hot meal, cake, and a fully stocked fridge. The villa? STUNNING. Spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated—with a private plunge pool, spa-like soaking tub, 2 luxe bathrooms, robes, a full kitchen, and more. It felt like a private resort inside a peaceful, gated paradise. The infinity pool and private beach access were straight out of a movie. Gabriella’s recommendations (The English Rose! Steps Beach!) made our trip unforgettable. We even got engaged here—that’s how special this place is. Every single detail was thoughtful and perfect. Safe, quiet, close to restaurants and shops—it’s everything you could ever want. We were heartbroken to leave and can’t wait to return. If you’re lucky enough to find availability—BOOK IT.

Al llegar a esta costa en Guayanilla, encuentras un paraíso donde creas tu propio ambiente, lejos del bullicio y en contacto full con la naturaleza. El sol, el mar, la arena oscura brillosa son tu nueva compañía. Gracias a William que nos ayudó y nos brindó mayor comodidad. Gracias mil!! Jamás olvidaremos este hermoso y cómodo spot. Multi family property, close to town, pretty quiet and next to store. Overall a centric place to come back to after a day at the beach.

Great communication. Just what we needed!

the view lived up to the name! Caricoles view is a lovely studio type room with a sweet balcony with a view of the water. the condo complex was beautifully kept with lovely sitting areas on each level overlooking the pool on one side and the street on the other. watching the sunrise, hearing the roosters, and coffee from the PargMar bakery on the corner was a great way to start the days. the bathroom is amazing with a rainhead and sprayer and the matress was super comfy! the condo is right in town, close enough to walk to restaurants and town/water activities yet peaceful and away from the nightlife. there is a laundromat nearby if needed. No elevator, but the 3 flights of stairs were no trouble. Jorge was great, he gave check in instructions with pictures (the trim color of the building is now blue). Parguera is beautiful! You'll want to take a boat across the bay, spend some time on the water, & have a Mojito at Karicole's when you get back to town. would definitely stay here again!

Sandra was excellent host. She communicate well and very respectful prior during and after our stay. Place was very clean and view from the master bedroom is such a treat seen the cays in the horizon. Great sunrises and coqui sound as a background. Very close to the main restaurants and center of Parguera. We will stay again.

Great home in a great location. Our family of 15 really enjoyed the stay and everything Parguera had to offer. Host was great and always responded timely. We would absolutely stay again.

El lugar fue perfecto. En la misma calle de la entrada de manglillo, Super cerca de Playa Santa y negocios de comer, hasta se podria caminar hasta la playa, pero yo no lo hize por que tenia cosas que llevar. Me gusto mucho volveria quedarme. El host esta accesible. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenia todo lo que necesite en mi estadia.
