Wonderful! The place is super comfortable, it has many amenities to do as a family, the beds are delicious! Very, very comfortable! The pool, wow!!! The water is warm and very clean, it has karaoke 🎤 and it was wonderful! He has a video game machine and it was super fun! It has everything you need in the kitchen, Felipe was an excellent host! He was always on the lookout and solving all the needs! The projector and ambiance in the pool is also great! The internet connection failed a bit 🛜 and Alexa sometimes did not respond, in the rooms Felipe "equipped" us to fight the mosquitoes! And we did it! We had an amazing time! I highly recommend it! You won't regret it 😍

The house is very spacious, very accessible price for what it offers in terms of space and amenities. As shown in the photographs if you visit this house, you will have a very pleasant time with the family.

Beautiful, spacious with high ceilings + multiple places to gather within larger space; as much fresh air as you might want, or not. Rooftop patio has options for both shade and sun. View is terrific. Garden is lush. Big kitchen, fully equipped. Fresh flowers on dining room table. Beds are on firm side even with foam toppers. Close to plenty of restaurants, park, cultural options (we heard chamber work at nearby church; Luna Media at nearby restaurant; literary presentation at nearby hotel etc) Listen to Rosie: bring your comfortable shoes for walking. Getting home is uphill but it's definitely doable (healthy 60-somethings.) Yes - barking dogs in the neighborhood. It's SMA. Host provides white noise machine or bring your own! Two aspects we love the most: ground floor layout reminiscent of hacienda - rooms wrap around 3 sides of a courtyard. With the sliding roof, you can bring the outside into the courtyard. And most of all - we love Rosie and her team. Exceptional and gracious.

The care and directions provided were great. We had no problems with the arrival and access to the home. He was always on the lookout for messages. Thank you very much! ☺️

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

We went as a family for the weekend and we were surprised by the size of its spaces, this is literally huge and very cool. The attention of the host and Mary was also exceptional 10/10

Had an amazing time, not too much to say, the house is beautiful and the pool was warm really enjoyable, matches the description really well. Town center is about 10 min walk very easy with a lot of amazing food options.

This apartment is truly outstanding-spotlessly clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and the apartment comes equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to a heated communal pool, ideal for relaxing. The property is situated outside the city center, only a few minutes away by car, within a secure gated community that offers 24-hour security. The host was welcoming and always easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable.

I felt right at home, very well located to get to the center, the amenities of the place are very good, great showers, pool and gym, but the stay was incredible, and Carlos' service, not to mention, it's a place that we would definitely return to 👏🏻

Quiet and practical place to get around to any point in the city, excellent hospitality and facilities, nearby food shops and convenience stores, comfort in every part of the place, option to repeat in case of returning to the city

This classy, well-kept, and well-located place is wonderfully accessible to the Cathedral, the main plaza, and other key place places at the city center. As a poet and novelist, I loved the fact that the upscale apartments were named after major Mexican literary figures, such as Nobel Laureate Octavio Paz: respect for writers! I was grateful for, among other things, the sumptuous king-sized bed, the elegant rooftop terraces, the bedroom balcony, and the responsive and friendly hosts.

It's my second time staying in here and it's definitely beyond expectations, it's exactly what we needed and the place was amazing. Totally coming back and for sure recommend for a great stay in San Miguel. Hector is super friendly and helpful.

Susan is the most thoughtful host I have ever encountered. From the moment my girlfriend and I arrived she welcomed us at the entrance and Immediately made us feel at home! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the A/C was powerful! But our favorite moments were spent on the patio taking in the gorgeous views! We will return no doubt!

Private room at the back of a courtyard full of nature. Quite private even though it's inside the house. Great for a relaxing weekend.

The place is super nice, it is very detailed which makes the accommodation more pleasant, it puts signs in the house so you have no difficulty, you feel completely at home. The structure and the way it is designed is awesome.

The place is as described and the photos show exactly what the accommodation is like. It is in a super quiet area and is perfect to rest from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, it is very picturesque, both the cabin and the greenhouse are very beautiful and you can see that they pay a lot of attention to the details to make it divine. My recommendation is to bring your own provisions (drinks or prepared food) because there is nowhere to get them nearby. At least in my experience, I didn't have a vehicle, and it cost me a little to transport them, but other than that, everything was excellent. Mrs. Paloma's service is INCREDIBLE and makes you feel confident and at ease. She is a great person, which is why I would return to the place. The location is great, it's very close to Bernal and the vineyards. I would recommend it 100% and would return without hesitation.

Great place to stay. Lovely view and the host was attentive. The only caveat is transportation from the Air Bnb might be challenging if you do not have your own transportation.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we really enjoyed the tranquility and privacy of the place as well as the beautiful views.
