Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

100% RECOMMENDED - BACK Marta and her assistants are charming!! The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!

Great stay in an apartment away from the touristic old town. The power worked great throughout (only occasionally out for minutes) and I had a calm stay.

If I go to Havana again, I will choose to stay this beautiful place again. The host is very responsible. The collaborators Mabel and Manolo are very warm hearted, and they did very nice breakfast. Everything we asked, they answered. The bathroom were very clean, all you need to is to bring your own shampoo and toothbrush.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in El Vedado. The place is exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The best part is the stunning view of the sea, right from the living room! Waking up to that ocean breeze and sound was truly special. The location is perfect – quiet, safe, and close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. La ubicación es perfecta: tranquila, segura y cerca de todo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente y siempre estuvieron atentos. Sin duda lo recomiendo y me encantaría volver.

Very comfortable stay. Just as described. Comfortable kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. You are connected to the same electrical grid as the hospital so there are no blackouts. You are on the top floor and there is an elevator. Alexander was extremely helpful and clear when checking in / out. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The house and staff are awesome. Gabriel and Suzette make everything easy and comfortable and helped us feel right at home in Cuba. The house was built in 1915. It's basically the second floor of a mansion with the front door on the ground floor where security is always there. The ceilings are about 15' high with lots of mouldings and drapes with giant tassles etc. The roof deck was a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and take in the surroundings. It's close to restaurants and the oceanfront sidewalk that runs the length of Havana.

Mateo does not live in Cuba, but from the beginning he was proactive in communication. He also recommended Yoandy and Karol, an extremely friendly couple who live in the apartment downstairs from the Airbnb and help us with whatever we need. They arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, exchanged Cuban pesos (at a rate of 340/dollar), gave recommendations on where to eat in the area, where to buy water, and even helped with a problem with the toilet flushing in one of the bathrooms we had. They made all the difference in the experience. The apartment matches the description and is in a strategic location in Habana Vieja, we were able to walk to the main points without spending many minutes. The streets of the entire neighborhood are dark at night, but we don't feel unsafe when walking in a group. The Wi-Fi worked every day and we were told that the apartment is in a part of Havana that never has blackouts.

A pearl in the city. I’ve stayed here many times and always appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and high-quality amenities—something rare in Cuba. The apartment stands out with its modern design, strong air conditioning (2 split units), blackout bedroom, high-pressure shower (with pump), modern washer/dryer, large smart TV, and remote-controlled ambient lighting in the bedroom. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. The location is vibrant and very central—just steps from the boulevard shopping street, Central Park, and public transport, including buses to the beach. That centrality also means lively street sounds and occasional noise from neighbors in the building. This adds to the city’s charm, though light sleepers may prefer something quieter. Still, it remains an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort, style, and warm, attentive hospitality in the heart of Havana.

Ivis' place in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many of the city's strategic sites. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the center, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and his family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

I think the address is correct in the ad, but it appears wrongly in the map on Airbnb

2 days in a very pleasant setting, a relaxing bubble with the family facing the sea, feet in the water 🤩 The house is spacious and bright, it feels good. Great hosting with little extras that are appreciated: beach towels, laundry, a well-equipped kitchen and a very good homemade cake 😋

We spent only two days... we felt very comfortable!! Ideal for three, four people. The Miramar area is the quietest in Havana. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The pool is the best thing that can happen to you with the Cuban heat. Tania and Pelayo are very kind... attentive to our needs. I 100% recommend this apartment. Kind regards.

This house in Santa Fe is amazing. Very artsy and cool, great for longer stays. I am so glad I booked. Beautiful rooftop pool where you can see wonderful sunsets over the water and houses. Close enough to havana to explore but also far enough to slow down a bit and enjoy the quiet peaceful side. Great local restaurants. Tatiana and her husband welcomed us with great warmth and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. They are so kind and made us feel very looked after. Big thank you to them.
