The chalet is exactly like in the pictures. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, new utensils. Very fragrant! Although there is no curtain in the room (it would be perfect if there was one) and no wall or anything, we had total privacy. Quiet location, ideal for couples. My husband and I had a wonderful day!

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

The house is very beautiful, the internal lake and the view are the strong points. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

Great and super cozy space, perfectly matched the photos. Communication with Elaine was great, she responded quickly and always made sure we were accommodated. I would definitely stay again.

The place is amazing, it has a breathtaking view and is super private, the environment is decorated with very good taste and furniture and materials of high quality, everything seems very new and working 100%. Michael is always very helpful and trying to resolve any issue, even a portable barbecue he got me. Super experience.

Only 20 minutes walk from centre or 10 by car, also walking distance from Escadaria Selaron (very tourist place). The place has amazing views from the swimming pool I was able to see the sunrise and the sunset every day. With local shops all around the building if you’re like me that like to stay and cook some times, if not there’s a lot of restaurants that you can find in the area. I had an amazing experience staying at Emilia’s place. 100% recommended.

We loved our stay. The host has a cafe/ shop opposite which is great for a quick meal or a pint of milk! He also owns a space about the airbnb where he occasionally hosts music / samba / jazz bands play live music which you can watch for free. An absolute highlight from our trip in Rio! Would highly recommend!

Incredible apartment, with a 10/10 view of the Christ, Sugar Loaf..., we even made a blog showing our stay at the accommodation since the mornings were dreamlike. Located in one of the best areas of RJ, very safe, where you can move around all day without worries. The host made it easy for us to check out and other things.

William and Renato were perfect hosts, always available to answer any questions. The house exceeded all expectations, it is even better than in the photos! The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and functional, and the living room is so cozy that you don't even want to leave.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you do not hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron staircase and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, the uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and greengrocers very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz is always attentive to our questions.

The location on the 13th floor is a bit unusual at first - especially because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make your stay a special experience. A small downside: A busy road runs nearby, the noise of which can be heard - especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a large selection of restaurants and bars. There's something for everyone here - whether it's for dinner or a relaxing drink in the evening.
