Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Gualdo Cattaneo

We can only recommend this apartment, we were very happy with everything, the house is in a private, beautiful place, but still not far by car or scooter from anything, Montepulciano is just a 10 min ride. The garden, view and our apartment were all great and Stani is a wonderful host, we can only thank him for everything, he made our stay even nicer, also recommended us a lot of places to visit and things to do. We plan to come back here

Adoramos a hospedagem! A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, fica num lugar muito bonito de campo e próxima da cidade. Para nossa grata surpresa havia ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos o que nos ajudou muito com o calor que fazia na região. Nossa família ficou muito bem acomodada e aproveitamos bastante!

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Giulio’s home is absolutely beautiful! We sat outside every morning and evening, and spent one day at the house and pool. The surroundings are so peaceful and truly embraces the beauty of the Italy countryside. We wish we could have stayed a month. There are also some great restaurants within just a few miles and a supermarket with good food options and essential items. We will absolutely stay here again if traveling to the Tuscany/Umbria area.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche in der Villa Mammi. Das Gelände ist riesig und einfach perfekt, um mit Freunden Zeit zu verbringen – ob am Pool, beim Essen oder einfach nur zum Runterkommen. Die Gastgeber waren super sympathisch und immer zuverlässig erreichbar, wenn mal was war. Alles war sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Man merkt, dass sie sich wirklich Mühe geben. Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile nel bellissimo contesto di questa villa. Due famiglie, un bebè, un cane - tutti felici. La cucina è super attrezzata e abbiamo fatto dei barbecue alla toscana con fiorentine e salsiccia a bordo piscina - una meraviglia. In occasione delle nostre nozze d’argento la private chef Elena ci ha preparato un fantastico pranzo toscano sotto il pergolato della piscina - indimenticabile! Leonardo poi è stato estremamente accogliente e di aiuto dal primo contatto. È grazie a lui che abbiamo fatto veramente bella figura con la nostra famiglia americana. Grazie di cuore di tutto - Castiglion Fiorentino forever!!!

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Beautiful house in beutiful country side with spectacular view. My family couldn't get enough of it and we started all mornings sitting on the veranda with our morning coffee looking at this beutiful view. We loved the pool and our grandchildren too. We will be back.

An amazing hideaway in the hills! Takes you into holiday mode & switching off in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature & incredible views. So glad we booked & would love to go back again. Paulo, and family, were so helpful, kind & responsive. The area whilst quiet is very welcoming to tourists & we met many friendly people who would always help us out on our way. The house itself is stunning & huge. The bathrooms are dated but they work fine & everything functions as it should so it really isn’t a problem so don’t be put off by that. The linens are incredible & the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well equipped & house has an abundance of space and beautiful furniture to relax in, inside and out. Honestly the scenery outside was incredible & we spent every minute we could outside which is a shame only because the house was also beautiful. The pool was fabulous & it was hot enough that heating wasn’t needed.Didn’t use sauna or spa,needed longer! Miss it!

È stata un'esperienza fantastica. La casa è anche meglio di come descritta, fornisce una gramde privacy e gli esterni sono davvero incantevoli. anche gli interni sono curati nel minimo dettaglio. il check in flessibile ci ha permesse di fare attività anche nella giornata di arrivo ed i genitori di Mario skno stato molto accoglienti fornendoci anche uno squisito aperitivo di benvenuto. a pochissimi minuti dal centro in auto, Mario è stato prezioso anche nei consigli sui ristoranti/attività nei dintorni. Eravamo un gruppo di amiche e ci siamo innamorate della casa e della città!

Our stay at Villa Blue Melon in Lake Bolsena was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is beautifully situated right on the water — peaceful, quiet, and incredibly scenic. It’s also gated, which added a nice sense of privacy and security. Andrea was a wonderful host, meeting us personally at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. The interior decor was immaculate — every room thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean. The wellness room was a special highlight, perfect for unwinding and adding to the relaxing atmosphere. While it was just the two of us, the villa has plenty of space for a larger group — it would comfortably host six guests with room to spare. It’s also very close to town, so restaurants, shops, and the local charm of Bolsena are just minutes away. We loved our time here and would stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-designed getaway.

Elisabetta e tutta la famiglia sono delle persone meravigliose, siamo stati accolti come degli amici e non come dei semplici ospiti, il posto è a dir poco meraviglioso, un'oasi di tranquillità immersa nelle campagne umbre, dove poter anche apprezzare i prodotti tipici della norcineria di famiglia,.... Cenetta al lume di candela nel giardino dello chalet, esperienza che consiglio proprio di provare......Ci torneremo?????...Non vediamo l'ora......Grazie Elisabetta

Wij zijn niet voor niets voor de tweede keer hier geweest😊… Dat doen we eigenlijk nooit, maar dit is echt een mooi huisje in een prachtige omgeving waar we nog niet uitgekeken waren. Het huisje ziet er net zo mooi uit als op de foto’s en het uitzicht vanaf het terras (en vanuit de jacuzzi) is prachtig! Groot voordeel vinden we dat je ‘s avond mug-vrij kunt zitten doordat je de transparante screens kunt sluiten rondom de veranda. Wij hebben wederom een heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. In de omgeving is van alles te zien en te doen. Zo is bijvoorbeeld een bezoek aan de grotten van Frassasi meer dan de moeite waard! Erg indrukwekkend! Tip: Vergeet ook vooral niet om een bezoek te brengen aan ijssalon Miss Pistacchio in Ceretto d’Esi 😋… Zij zijn behalve op maandag de hele week open van 07.30 tot middernacht. Het ijs is vanaf 11.30 uur te verkrijgen en wordt daar zelf gemaakt. Veel lekkere smaken, maar onze favoriete smaak is toch echt wel ‘miss pistacchio’ met de gebakken pistache nootj

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

The self-checkin worked very well. Soon after we also met the friendly hosts also personally, which was a good opportunity to ask some smaller things and get some hints for the region. Overall, we like the calm surrounding, great landscape, the fauna around (waking up with birds singing), the proximity to intersting places and the Chuisi train station for trips to Firenze and Roma, the pool (not chlorine, but salt, very pleasant) and many other things. We recommend this place for a relaxing time and base for excursions (not so much for partying, becasue it would be a pity to disturb the quite surroundings.

Ottima accoglienza, Matteo è gentile e attento. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con un bellissimo salotto e una cucina spaziale. La sera nel giardino abbiamo visto tantissime lucciole un cosa mozzafiato. Posto super consigliato se volete passare qualche giorno lontano dal caos cittadino e immergervi nella natura.
