Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Gualdo Cattaneo

Spruch meiner Frau wenige Minuten nach dem Check-in: "Das ist die sauberste Wohnung auf Airbnb ever." Vor Ort kümmerten sich Marcos Eltern, die im Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück wohnen, um uns: total sympatisch, gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die beiden warteten zu später Stunde vor dem Haus auf uns. Zuvor schnelle, problemlose Kommunikation mit Marco auf Englisch zur Abstimmung der Anreise. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, pi-co-bel-lo (!), gemütlich, funktionell, komplett ausgestattet. Die Jalousien sorgen für ein angenehm kühles Raumklima trotz der Junihitze. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Wifi war schnell genug für's Streamen der Nations League. Die Wohnung liegt "countryside" und war rundum perfekt für zwei Leute wie uns, die von hier aus zu ihren umbrischen Städtetouren und zur Bergtour auf den Monte Vettore aufbrachen.

We had a very nice two weeks long stay! We had the apartment „Rosa“ with 4 adults and 2 children. It was a very big apartment with much space for everyone. Big kitchen, two bathrooms and a very big livingroom. The outer space is such nice with a lot of green and a lot opportunities to sit and relax. Awesome pool! The children had so much space to run and play. The whole accommodation is located between fields. At our stay full with sunflowers! Very good located for a variety of trips. Towns, vineyards and more. Nicoletta were such a beautiful host. Very friendly, flexible and courteous! All in all, we will definitely come back! Thank you!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'app Baltimora ad agosto . La dimora è esattamente come nelle foto: incantevole e con un app davvero stupendo e curato nei dettagli . All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e siamo stati accolti con un kit di benvenuto incredibilmente ricco, cosa che non ci era mai capitata in altri luoghi. Si sono premurati di chiedere in anticipo se avessimo intolleranze alimentari dimostrando un'attenzione rara. Abbiamo trascorso momenti di puro relax nella veranda cenando all'aperto e godendoci la tranquillità del posto con tramonti stupendi! La posizione è ideale: in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono servizi e ristoranti e da lì abbiamo visitato molti luoghi che ci interessavano ritornando poi alla sera a rilassarci in piscina . Un plauso a tutti ..Andreea ,Ralf e Valerio che si sono distinti per gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione fin da subito rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Siamo certi che ci torneremo per una futura vacanza in Umbria!

Renzo's apartment was centrally located in old Gubbio and very spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and clean. you can walk to either side of the city easily from this location. There was ample coffee and snacks available. Renzo was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us, show us the apartment, and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely start her again!

This place is so beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The pool area with its views over the vineyards is amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts Elisa and Andrea are doing everything to make sure the guests are feeling welcome. They gave us plenty of recommendations, regularly checked in with us and were very easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be back!

Úžasný týden odpočinku. Objekt a zahrada jsou krásné a vše je doplněno super bazénem, který má akorát teplotu vody k parnému létu - osvěží. Je dost velký i když je ubytovaných víc. Apartmán byl klimatizovaný, čistý a velmi prostorný. Valentina byla super! Poradila nám naprosto ve všem. Doporučila nám jak se kam dostat a jak co zařídit - taxíky, výlety, nákupy atd. Je zde velmi silné připojení na internet, což ocenili naši synové. Ale i pro mě bylo super, že jsem si mohl vyřizovat práci ze zahrady :-). Město Perugia je moc pěkné a vůbec jsem to nečekal, že má tak krásné historické centrum - jen většina restaurací tam otevírá poměrně pozdě, takže jestliže si ve městě chcete dát oběd, tak výběr je omezený. Byl to super týden - všem doporučuji.

아주 완벽한 숙소였어요. 뷰가 너무 좋았고 방도 커서 좋아요. 추천해주신 와이너리 시음도 좋았지만 olimpia님의 농장에서 생산하는 와인이 정말 맛있었어요. 농장에 가시면 수영장도 있고, 식사,숙박도 가능해요. 아들인 Stephano가 직접 만드는 맛있는 홈메이드 음식을 맛볼수있어요.

un attico da togliere il fiato! tutto è stato scelto con cura. Un ambiente elegante, pulito ed accogliente, sa di casa! Gli esterni sono il vero punto di forza! ci siamo rilassate nella vasca idromassaggio ed ammirato un tramonto incantevole. Robbie è stato veramente gentile e presente. Si nota quanta cura e passione è stata messa nel creare un ambiente così. Tornerò a trovarti Robbie. Grazie ☺️

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Wir haben hier ein kleines Paradies gefunden… die herrliche Lage in der Natur, grandiose Ausblicke, alte wunderschön restaurierte Gemäuer, liebevolle, geschmackvoll und authentisch eingerichtet. Eigentlich hätten wir alle Tage nur das Haus, den Garten und den grossen blitzsauberen Pool geniessen können, doch auch die Umgebung bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten welche innerhalb von einer Stunde erreichbar sind. Zudem konnten wir viele Tiere beobachten: Wiedehopf, Blaumerle, Ziegenmelker, Pirol, Turteltaube , Schlangenadler, Glühwürmchen. Smaragdeidechse, Schlange, Wildschwein…herrlich! Alessandro und Sonja sind wunderbar herzliche und auch diskrete Gastgeber.

We didn’t get to meet Giangiacomo but he communicated effectively before and throughout our stay ensuring we had everything we needed and check in was easy. His place is very comfortable, air con works very good, perfect location to restaurants, transportation and sights. Bed and pillows very comfortable too! We didn’t cook but there was everything needed including full kitchen and refrigerator. It was our first time to Perugia and I wasn’t sure where we should stay when planning our trip, but I would definitely pick his place every time we return!! We discovered the ease of Minimetrò transportation, the escalators that took us all the way to the bus station (for free!) right out of the Rocca Paolina castle which was one of my favorite sights and there are still so many places yet to discover next trip. We are so happy we stayed here bringing such an added value to our experience in Perugia!

Another fantastic stay! Kosmas is an amazing host - super friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here twice already and I'm planning to come back for a third time. The apartment's location is great, and I loved exploring the area every day. You get to see a different side of Perugia beyond the tourist spots. There are some great bars and restaurants on the way to the city center, perfect for evenings. The apartment is perfectly set up with everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plus, there's a cute little garden for your morning coffee. Everything you need is just around the corner - a supermarket, a bar for cappuccino and cornetti, and even free parking in a nearby underground garage. Highly recommend this place! L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

Such a great stay! The host was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The place had everything we needed—amazing pool, barbecue area, and beautiful outdoor space to relax. And the views? Absolutely stunning. Would definitely come back!

Claudio e Adriana sono stati dei padroni di casa impeccabili. La loro disponibilità e cortesia ha reso il soggiorno più che piacevole, facendoci sentire come a casa. Una nota stra positiva, va alla piscina ad uso esclusivo nostro. Ciò che si vede nelle fotografie e ciò che si trova al 100%. Se si vuole ricaricare le batterie ed essere in Umbria qui si fa centro. Grazie ancora per tutto Claudio ed Adriana, anche per la carbonara ed gli assaggi dei liquori. Vi daremo notizie di come usciranno i Pici all'aglione qui a Brescia.

We spent our summer vacation here with a total of 10 people and couldn't believe our luck in finding this great accommodation. The location is fantastic, very quiet, and the view is breathtaking. We spent many hours daily in the huge pool, often late into the night, and the beds were super comfortable. Absolutely recommendable! Communication with Dante was great from the beginning, and every concern was addressed. Maybe we will come back again someday. Thank you, Dante!

If you have an idyllic vision of a beautiful Italian villa perched on a hilltop, with sweeping views of olive groves and ancient villages, then Casa del Picchio is the perfect choice. This place exceeded all our expectations, with its huge grounds, gazebo, barbecue, pizza oven, and stunning swimming pool — all completely private. The villa is surrounded by nature, and the only sounds we could hear were birdsong and the occasional chime of bells from a nearby hilltop village. At night, the garden filled with fireflies, giving the whole place a magical atmosphere. The town of Monte Castello di Vibio is just a 10-minute drive away. We dined at the restaurant Adagio, where we felt warmly welcomed and very well fed! We also visited the nearby olive oil mill, I Potti de Frati, and took a tour followed by a delicious picnic. Todi is also close by - perfect for an afternoon passeggiata and aperitivo. We had an unforgettable week that we’ll remember forever and I’m sure you will, too.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Marco und seiner Frau. Die Villa ist wunderschön. Marco kümmert sich sofort wenn man etwas braucht. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen! 😊Marco hat uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Bellissimo alloggio, molto pulito, ottimamente equipaggiato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Comodo parcheggio. Ottima posizione in zona molto quieta con vista su Spoleto. Il centro di Spoleto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Debora e suo marito ci hanno accolto molto bene e sono stati fin da subito molto cordiali e gentili, fornendoci anche preziosi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni e posti dove mangiare. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Assolutamente raccomandato! Speriamo di poter tornare magari fermandoci qualche giorno in più per esplorare maggiormente la Valnerina e questa bellissima zona dell'Umbria.

alloggio come da descrizione,comodissimo sia per spostarsi nei nei dintorni e visitare borghi bellissimi, sia come comodità nella casa. Sono tutte casette indipendenti, tutte dotate di letti comodi, bagno e angolo cottura, tutto bene pulito. Host molto gentile che dà anche ottimi consigli sui dintorni e dove mangiare. Anche i nostri 2 cagnolini si sono trovati benissimo! Grazie di tutto e torneremo sicuramente se dovessimo visitare altri luoghi nei dintorni!

One of our favorite Airbnb stays so far and we stayed at many. Location is tucked away and very private. Owner is the nicest guy… he did so many things to make our stay amazing. He cleaned the pool at least once while we were there.. it was always so clean! He also aired up our lounge tubes we left at the pool for us… we had an issue with one of the rooms not getting internet and he called his internet guy and fixed it… even though we told him it was no problem. We used the outdoor pizza oven and asked where we could get wood… he ran out and chopped some for us… the list goes on. Stay here and you will love it! You really can’t ask for a more lovely place with a an amazing owner.

Great place if you want to see the surrounding areas. Patrizia responds fast to any questions you have. Nice clean house with a good view on the lake. Walking to Montefiascone is doable, though you have to walk up a hill. All in all great value for money!
