In the heart of Périgord, less than 30 minutes from Bergerac or Périgueux train stations and airports, 1 hour from Bordeaux, close to tourist sites, in a 6 hectare estate sits the elegant Château de Monciaux. Completely renovated in 2017, the 18th century castle offers the charm of a prestigious house where refinement and comfort are required. In a bucolic setting conducive to rest, our 7 suites with bathrooms and private toilets accommodate up to 16 people accompanied by babies.

Charming house with direct access to the pool

The Gîte de la Grange was set up in 2014 in an outbuilding of the old farmhouse dating back to the 18th century. Independent and well-equipped, it combines comfort and modernity in a cozy atmosphere. The main facade faces south and the living room opens directly to the pool surrounded by walls, accessible from sunny days. It is adjoining our house but not overlooked.

This chalet is ideally located for discovering Périgord: 30 minutes from Périgueux (Périgord Blanc) 30 m. from Bergerac (Périgord Pourpre) and 1 hour from Sarlat (Périgord Noir). Village grocery store (bakery/tobacconist) 3 km away. Supermarket, fuel, pharmacy 15 mins (22 kms). Swimming at Lac de Neufont 13 minutes away. Animals are not allowed to swim in the pool.

Our cottage for 2 people is ideally located in the heart of a peaceful village at the gates of Périgord Noir and offering all amenities. It consists of a living room with a work area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an outdoor area where you can relax in peace. You also benefit from private parking space.
