You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitz Castle . The Elbradweg is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge , this also applies to the storage of their bikes and associated charging stadium . Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden great excursion destinations.

Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

We rent a quiet, cozy, approx. 40 sqm attic apartment in the countryside in our private single-family home. A separate staircase leads to the living/sleeping room. It has a sitting area with sofa bed and armchair, separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, various pots and pans and much more) as well as a double bed. Large skylights and sloping walls make the apartment bright and cozy.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
