We had a wonderful weekend with our son (8) in Johannes' cottage. What attention has been paid to the construction and furnishing of this cottage, wonderfully how many details Johannes has managed to add, we recognized objects that our grandmother used to cook with or that were in her kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the cottage is equipped with every comfort. Bicycles are available, but you can also go many ways from here by car. We hope to come back again to see more of the area.

This is our second time staying at this lovely cottage in Airling, which says a lot — we rarely return to the same place twice, but our first stay here was so wonderful that we just had to come back. The area is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. The cottage may be small, but it has absolutely everything you might need — every little thing is thoughtfully provided, and somehow, whatever you're looking for, you always find it right there. Evenings by the canal are absolutely priceless — calm, beautiful, and unforgettable. Thank you Gisela & Frank!

Great apartment, very nicely decorated. It was not one of the usual very clean anonymous apartments, but simply a home.

Although I did not meet Gea in person, the contact with her was very pleasant. She responds directly and is very helpful and kind. The cottage is to fall in love with. Very nicely decorated and you really have everything you need. It smells fresh and clean. It is such a cottage where you feel right at home, cozy! You have a private terrace on the water where you can sit. The center, there you are walking in a few minutes. The location is perfect. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, modern finished remote cottage by the water. Super beautiful in nature, you can see deer and hares walking. Water on the other side. Great for cycling, going to the city. Kitchen has everything, nice shower. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

We spend a wonderful weekend there with friends. The location is lovely and quiet, but close to lots of activities in the area. Perfect place to stay, we'll definitely come here again.

The Blue House is really something very special. Mieke and Arnold have decorated it very nicely and it is perfectly equipped! I immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much! If I ever come back to Giethoorn, I will definitely want to stay here again 🥰

We stayed in the apartment for two nights for the second time. The apartment is super clean and very lovingly furnished. You have everything you need. Turn on the oven in the evening, no problem. Coffee, tea, two bottles of juice and a bottle of water are available. Cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners, etc., all available. We were completely satisfied. We booked the apartment because of the participation in the Fiets-Elfstedendocht.

We had a great stay! The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment, is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Everything was sparkling clean and well cared for. The location is ideal: you can be in Harlingen and Franeker in no time. Ympkje is an incredibly friendly and attentive host, who is always ready. We felt immediately welcome. Niko’s Garden house is a very special place to stay in the residential area close to centre of Groningen. It is surrounded by blocks of houses, still provides an island of peace and real retreat after heavy day of sightseeing, walking… Niko was very helpful and supportive during our visit, and we would highly recommend his house to travelers who prefer an authentic accommodation experience as an alternative to hotel room. We had an excellent stay! We were visiting family and exploring Friesland and this place was the perfect place for us to stay while doing so! Hella is so welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. The location was peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view of a pond in the backyard and there were beautiful trails near the Airbnb. The Airbnb was an excellent home away from home while we traveled and if we were visiting in the area again we would definitely want to stay there again!

We greatly enjoyed this stay. It is a beautiful cottage with fantastic views. Breakfast is perfect. Furthermore, we have also experienced the contact with Jitske as very pleasant. Tips: enjoy the bubbles in the jacuzzi, rent bikes to explore the area and take a walk through the Barefoot Path! We will definitely come back 😇

We had a wonderful weekend at Anna's house. The communication was perfect, the location super and the house fantastic. Everything was sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. In addition, Anna and her husband are very friendly and flexible. Recommended to get to know Leeuwarden and its surroundings well.

The place was/is very lovingly decorated. The surrounding area as well! It is a very functional place to stay and my personal taste is small and cozy. Yfke was present and accommodating when needed. She just has a knack for creating a nice and friendly atmosphere. All in all, recommended if you want to treat yourself.

Jannie and Arnold were great hosts, Arnold met us when we drove in and showed us the house. They gave us tips for restaurants in the area and supplied is with everything we needed for our night stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful, 10 minutes drive from Groningen. Would recommend for a peaceful weekend away.

Had a great stay! Great location within walking distance of central Groningen. Very clean and cosy. Loved the little patio. We hope we can come back soon.

We had a great time. On the weekend it was sometimes very loud, because in the parking lot opposite many tuners met. During the week it was super quiet and we would love to come back

A lovely little apartment in the centre of the city.
