Accommodation for up to 8 people ( 3 beds 140 x 190 + 1 trundle bed ( 2 x 90 x 190 ) baby bed possible. Living room with a large fireplace Equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer dryer, shower room, toilet, 2 toilets. Large outdoor space with terrace, ping pong table, garden furniture and barbecue.

"La grange" gîte

Old hay barn tastefully restored by its owners in 2023. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The cottage is located upstairs with access from the outside. The 4000 m2 garden is shared with our family. You have access to the garden and its facilities, barbecue, swing, petanque court and mini animal park with chickens, geese, duck and goats. We are 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, Sciotot and Siouville.

This comfortable accommodation offers you a relaxing stay. With its sea view and direct access to the customs trail and the beach, nature offers you a unique spectacle. The house has a terrace facing the sea as well as two parking spaces (for light vehicles only) Parties are forbidden. Accuracy: The house is completely renovated on the ground floor. Interior work is complete but exteriors are in progress (no work during rentals)

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Martinvast: fully equipped studio (non-smoking)

30 m2 studio, in Martinvast, close to the village. Newly fitted, this studio located in our main residence has its independent entrance in the garage. Quiet and peaceful, ideally located close to major industrial sites in the region (DCNS, ORANO, EPR Flamanville...) and tourist sites. It is fully equipped, kitchenette with the necessary kitchen equipment, open bathroom, sheets, towels and tea towels included in the rental.

Beachfront house – Sciotot Beach

You've come to the right place if you want to connect with the sea and nature in a magical region, Cotentin. Marie-Line's house: It is an "atypical island house" 500 m from Sciotot beach, with a breathtaking full west view to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and a large furnished terrace. The Workshop

Studio on the 1st floor, in downtown Les Pieux Dynamic village (about 70 shops and 3 supermarkets). Sciotot beaches less than 2 km away Less than 5 km from Flamanville power station. New apartment, all amenities, for a couple (with one bedroom, kitchen open to living room, toilet in the bathroom). Towels and bedding are provided, an extra blanket is available in addition to the duvet. Pets not allowed.

Mobile home between land and sea

Mobile home on private land with private access. 5 km from Les Pieux, come and admire the 4 km long Sciotot beach. You can take surf lessons at La Sciotot Surf School from April to November or rent equipment in July and August. 2 supervised swimming areas in July and August. Multiple routes on the hiking trail facing the sea or in the bocage paths.
