Holiday rentals with beach access in Grosseto-Prugna

The studio is spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, the garden is very well maintained and super nice (including swimming pool), the view is simply magnificent with the Sanguinaires Islands in the background. Impeccable welcome! New accommodation, very well equipped and good location. Everything is close to the apartment, crossroads, pharmacy, beaches, restaurants... I recommend the accommodation!

Begin the day with birdsong,☕️, and exquisite sea views! Our 10 day stay began with the much needed “take charge” actions of our generous hostess who picked us up at the airport, stopped for a brief grocery shop, & ice. We were suffering from jet lag and could just settle in for the day—so grateful 🙏. We have stayed in 100+ Airbnb all over the world 🌎, no one has offered this. The 6th floor apartment is well designed, impeccably clean with two balconies, a Mountain View from the shower window, well-stocked kitchen, easy to use modern appliances and fridge with starter water, juice, butter, a pantry with salt, sugar, jams, buscottes, honey, and many coffee choices for the Bosch/Tassimo machine. Enjoy the sea view balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room— passing through top quality sliding doors. The exterior metal blackout screens assures darkness-quality sleep. Thanks to Sandra for a comfortable home. You have thought of everything to make it wonderful 🙏

Spacious, well laid out, perfectly equipped and very bright accommodation thanks to the large bay windows that open onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the marina. Breakfast with the sunrise or dinner with the sunset are special moments. Myriam is a very available and responsive host who does not hesitate to travel to meet your needs. Be careful, however, if you are accompanied by fragile or elderly people, the 4 floors without elevator or the spiral staircase in the apartment are not easy, but if you are in good shape it is the price to pay to enjoy this superb place very well located.

The accommodation is modern, clean and easy to access thanks to Andree's instructions. The accommodation is well located, just 5 minutes from everything. The only point to improve for us would be a microwave because with a baby, it's an essential for us. However, the host was able to respond to our problem by heating it at her place, but we would have needed it 3 times and we only wanted to disturb her once. It is therefore a great Airbnb, with an exterior to enjoy, with air conditioning, modern, tastefully decorated🥰

We felt comfortable in the accommodation and can recommend Yann as a host without reservation. Communication with him was very good and he was available at short notice. The view from the terrace of the apartment is breathtaking!

Beautiful spot in a green authentic quiet surrounding, free spacious sight. It's nice to bring your own (rented :)) car here, cause there a lot beautiful places to visit a small drive away, like quiet small beaches for a good swim, hikingplaces and a impressive archeologic site.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found this piece of paradise! My only regret is not staying longer!

Welcoming and easy-going house, very well equipped in a timeless place, splendid view that invites you to disconnect completely

If you are looking for a little slice of paradise this is the ideal accommodation, the very comfortable bed, the private pool and no vis-à-vis to cool off, the equipped kitchen and the animals that visit us, what could be better? Sylvie and Claude were very welcoming and invaluable kindness, it was a great meeting. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay in this little corner of paradise was very pleasant. The accommodation is well-equipped, a 2-minute walk from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The welcome and departure were very friendly and flexible. I highly recommend it if you want a quiet and relaxing place, while being able to enjoy all the activities near Ajaccio. Everything was perfect, thank you to our host.

Danièle welcomed us very warmly to his place. We were able to understand each other despite the language block. The house is as described, perfectly clean and tidy with everything you need. We travel with a small child and Danièle has provided us with everything we need (crib, high chair, tub). The area is very convenient for those who want to visit Ajaccio but staying in tranquility and for those who love, like us, trekking (the departure to Roches de Gozzi is below the house). The piazetta overlooking the house is very nice and the small village populated by affectionate kittens. Recommended!

We were two couples and lived our stay. The pictures of the house do not do justice to the privacy that the house provides. There are no neighbours looking onto you and vice versa. There are many places to sit in the house and also the various verandas and a great outdoor table for meals. Robin has used windows well with fabulous views. There is a good shutter system as well. The house is an easy walk to the beach, which was super clean and there is a bar for an aperitif. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is great to discover other parts of Corsica, we spent a day doing the local wineries and another to visit Porto V and Bonifacio with a beautiful drive through the mountains. Robin provided great recommendations for local restaurants…A Pignata, with a set 65euro meal and we loved A Machja. Get Robin to give you an instruction on opening and closing the washing machine….. Fabulous stay and we will be back.

I stayed at this appartment for 5 nights and it was amazing. There is a private garden to hang out and the beach is 1 minute away. The appartment was clean and cozy. The walls are a bit "thin", so you can hear the neighbors and they do hear you too. The phone-network is very weak in the area and even weaker in the appartment. There is no wifi-internet in the appartment but Céline proactively arranged to use the wifi of the neighbors, which was a game-changer. I am really thankful for this! If you want towels and things like this, you can get them from the concierge-service which charges EUR 24. The appartment is 10-15min walking distance away from Proticcio (center). Porticcio is beautiful with many restaurants, stores and everyhting you need. The beach is HUGE and beautiful. You can book boat tours which you will never forget. You can also get to Ajaccio by ship in 20 minutes. All in all it was awesome and I can only recommend this place. Thank you Celine and Laura!

Myriam is a great host! The accommodation is at the top: super well furnished with beautiful decoration without forgetting everything that is available upon arrival. A real plus that doesn't clutter the suitcases (bedding, toilet linen, shower gels, plaid etc.. and even beach towels) everything is provided without forgetting the welcome pack It is always available and very good recommendations. I highly recommend it!!

Great apartment, everything is spotless. The accommodation is well located a small beach 5 min walk away which is really nice. A more than beautiful view from the terrace that we were able to enjoy unfortunately only one evening ( the weather was not nice with us during the stay😒) but no regrets about the rental. The rental is ideally located not too far from all shops and places to visit. Ideal rental for a couple's trip. If one day we return to Corsica we would not hesitate to return to this accommodation .

Great stay! Incredible sea view. Perfect for enjoying the sunset. We loved our stay in this accommodation close to the beaches and shops.

We had a great time with our almost 5-month-old baby. A crib was kindly offered to us, and the real plus: a real baby mattress, which allowed our daughter to sleep well. The view is just extra, the accommodation very clean and well maintained, as is the residence, which is very well secured in addition. The bedding is very comfortable, we felt "at home", which allowed us to rest well. It's quiet which also allows you to enjoy the large terrace. The very nice little extra: the essentials kit which allows you to have something to snack on, salt, oil, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper… and also the linen and cleaning included. A big thank you also for all the touches, including the gourmet basket :) In short, a great stay, for sure, this is where we will come back.

A perfect stay in a cozy and perfectly located apartment! The apartment is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and above all incredibly well located: the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio is simply beautiful, a real pleasure every morning. We immediately felt good there, like at home. The welcome was really great, with an available, friendly and attentive host, which made the check-in very pleasant. The environment around the apartment is also perfect: everything is easily accessible, whether to do some shopping, going to the beach or enjoying the surroundings. Special mention for the residence's swimming pool: a little cool in this season, but very clean and pleasant to relax after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place, and I will come back without hesitation during a future stay in Corsica!

Nadi & Laurent are great hosts, very welcoming, caring and with very good advice. The apartment & terrace are very warm, tastefully decorated and ideally located for discovering the Ajaccio golf course. Recommended for a long or short stay. Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall a really nice holiday in a great place. We would come back anytime!
