Quiet garden loft - ideal for working and living

The ideal accommodation for quiet nights in the countryside and ideal transport connections can be found in the basement loft of our cosy, family villa. A fully equipped kitchenette, an open rain shower and the parking space in front of the door offer all modern comforts. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, have excellent transport connections to the trade fair (15min), to the city west(20min) and east (30min), to Potsdam (15min) and to all public transport day/night.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Oasis on the lake in Berlin-Kladow with private jetty and own water access. The house has bedrooms, open and fully equipped living-kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking in front of the property. Berlin's cleanest swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car to Ku'damm or 15 minutes to Potsdam. Well connected with public transport, supermarkets and bakers nearby. Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The cozy holiday home is located between Berlin and Potsdam in the district of Groß Glienicke. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the forest and the lakes (Glienicker See and Sakrower See), Groß Glienicke has shops for everyday needs and gastronomy. A good bus connection to Berlin and Potsdam is available. The holiday home is located on the 1st floor and has one bedroom and in the living room a small sofa bed ( two small children).

Naturnahe Gartenlaube im "waldidyll-am-see", 150m Feldweg zum Groß Glienicker See, dem saubersten See Berlin/Brandenburgs. Das Bad im Nebenhaus bietet Intimsphäre. Nur für ruhige Gäste, keine laute Musik etc. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, das Grundstück liegt mitten im Hundeauslaufgebiet. Whirlpoolnutzung von 8:00 bis 22:00. Das Grundstück ist dezent beleuchtet, kaum einsehbar und videoüberwacht. Parken kostenlos.

You are very welcome: Our newly renovated old building apartment is very quiet, safe and located in the green south of Berlin. The ICC trade fair as well as the free university are nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to bus 118 and 10 minutes to S-Bahn 1 and 7. Parking spaces are right in front of the apartment. It is a charming old Berlin apartment that has been ecologically renovated. You feel like at home.
