The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

The house was an old barn now restored with 2 apartments ,an agri-restaurant on the lower floor not of our management, surrounded by beautiful green lunogiana with a large garden in front of your disposal. It consists of 1 double bedroom,a bathroom with shower ,a living room with TV , an equipped kitchen,a barbeque in the private gated area in front of the house door and parking. The pool and outdoor garden are shared with the adjacent apartment.

It was already unique . Now it is also comfortable
