Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Loft Groninger Zon is een royaal en sfeervol appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. Een eigen badkamer, eigen keuken, eigen terras aan het water en een infrarood sauna. Twee fietsen zijn beschikbaar om naar Groningen te fietsen of een rondje op het platteland te maken.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

This 1930s ground floor apartment is located in the characteristic quiet professors neighborhood. The house has a modern, luxurious interior and is fully equipped. Onze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In het hart van de stad Groningen heb je alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Via een gedeelde buitentrap kom je in je eigen stadsappartement. Je tweepersoons slaapkamer is voorzien van plafondventilatie én minibalkon. De woonkamer en keuken zijn één gezellige ruimte met extra slaapbank en een compleet ingerichte keuken. Badkamer is modern, stijlvol en voorzien van regendouche.

Het appartement in het centrum is gelegen aan het Reitdiep en het Pieterpad. Uitzicht op het Noorderplantsoen. De prachtige Hoge- en Lage der Aa zijn 100 meter van het huis. De Grote Markt is te voet binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Appartement is op de begane grond van een mooi monumentaal complex, Amsterdamse School en is de benedenverdieping van onze woning. Er is een complete keuken. Een eigen WC en badkamer vind je op de gang.
