A welcoming green oasis on the erge of the city

Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Back to school! Welcome to the former school building of the Dr. K.Schilderschool in Bedum. In local 4 of the school built in 1950, a spacious apartment has been realized. The space has all the comforts, has a modern kitchen and bathroom and is heated by underfloor heating. The apartment has a private entrance and private garden and can be reached via a pedestrian path. Parking is available in 50 meters. Bedum is only 10 km from the bustling city of Groningen

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Parking in front of the door; private garden with cozy seats. Through the entrance, you enter the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a luxurious Karlsson box spring with 2 mattresses. From your bed, you can look into the garden or the woods.
