The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants - a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

It was a great beautiful experience and if we were to travel to Lucca again. Then we would immediately know where to book something.

Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a splendid estate immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at this villa in Tuscany! Five of us girls stayed there and it felt like we were living in an Italian movie. The views were beautiful and amazing, truly taking our breath away. The private chef dinner with the Tuscan fields view was amazing! The villa itself is perfect, with a lovely design and every little detail thought of. It was full of flowers and the smell of jasmine and rosemary made us feel so relaxed. Everything was great from the moment Michaela met us and took us to the villa, until we had to leave. We even left her some wine and champagne because we were so happy. We loved it so much that we’re making this our yearly trip! Huge thanks to Giovanni, Michaela the Chef and the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

A week in Tuscany in extreme heat. It was great to get into the cool of the house or to sit under the protective canopy of leaves in front of the apartment. We have done this many times. With a flexible arrival, we were greeted and everything we needed to know about the accommodation was explained by the landlords. The small town is a small world in itself. Very quiet and accompanied by the small conversations of the neighbors. There are wonderful hiking trails in the area. The Francis long-distance trail runs through Stia and you can hike stages of it in the shady forests. Our discovery on the last day was the Museo della lana. The museum is housed in the former industrial building of the former wool spinning mill and is very tastefully designed. In addition to the many explanatory panels in Italian and English, impressive and well-made films show the work in this former factory - absolutely recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location is great—peaceful and close to nature, yet easily accessible from the highway. The green area around the cottage is beautiful and perfect for kids to explore. Our 2-year-old son absolutely loved getting closer to the rabbits that live around and walk through the vines—it was such a special experience for him. The place was clean and cozy, and we felt very welcome. The host’s mother received us and was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. A perfect spot for families—we’d definitely come back!

This was just what I was looking for. A Tuscan villa in the hills with a rustic style outside but excellent on inside. There was more space than expected: 3 queen size rooms and one twin, with 3 bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The library in the living space looks great (although you have to read Italian). Modern kitchen and great facilities. One minor challenge is the 3.7k drive off the main road to get to the property a you get used to it! Loved listening to the Cuckoos and other birds from the veranda Tommaso was an excellent and helpful host.

We felt very comfortable and had a nice time :) The accommodation absolutely matches the pictures and the description. It is spacious and well equipped, with small snacks and drinks for the first day! The large pool was open, so we could swim a lot. In addition, a large gas grill is available for grilling. Our host Riccardo was friendly, helpful, was always available and even inflated a hodgepodge of bath toys for the pool for our children. A great little bakery is three houses down. Otherwise, you need a car to explore the area - but I think you should inform yourself about this in advance. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the neighbors. Due to the dogs and small children, we sat up in bed several times late at night, as it was really very loud. After three nights, we got used to it.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. We will be returning. Sillico is a fairly remote medieval village with a great restaurant which also has a shop/bar and exceptionally friendly owners and staff. There are a number of accessible signposted walks.

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

Olga's villa is absolutely stunning. Our family of 9 had the most wonderful visit. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, eating outside on the terrace, swimming in the pool, and relaxing outside on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful beauty and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Olga's place is truly special. Olga was very communicative, helpful and kind. We highly recommend her villa to others.
