We recently stayed at Villa Theano for three days and had a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and we were impressed by its modern amenities and stylish design. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-maintained, with a great swimming pool that offered stunning views of the sea. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, Villa Theano exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sami We hope to return in the future!

Tina’s house was amazing. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. It was new, clean and very well equipped. We loved the outside seating area for morning coffee and evening chats. The house was 10 min walk to downtown Sami where lots of great restaurants and 10 min drive from amazing beaches. Tina is an awesome host. She was very responsive and accommodating. We appreciated her flexibility when we arrived early to the island. Highly recommended Tina’s house. We would love to come back

What a wonderful host! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and the host is the most accommodating. We had a great stay! It’s only a couple of streets away from the beach and everything is walkable! The house got cleaned every 4 days - amazing service! The bedsheets were white and ironed! Highly recommend!

Marina and ilias (who live in the property downstairs) could not have been more kind and generous hosts when we stayed at the property in Kefelonia. Costas also was great support in finding the property. They were often on hand to offer advice about the local area or help with any questions we had. The property itself was super clean and well looked after and spacious for the two of us. There are a number of balconies on different levels facing in different directions which allows you to always have a lovely view with a glass of wine. The property is in a very small village about 2 miles from the town of Sami and is a great location for visiting a lot of the sites and villages on the island. We would happily return to Kefelonia and if we did, we would stay in the same place. Thank you so much.

Wow!! We cannot recommend this stunning villa and space enough. We are already making plans to return. We were a group of 6, and we utilised all features of this beautiful place, the infinity pool, BBQ area and rooftop balcony. The stay would not have been the same without the kind help and recommendations of Aggelos. With the cleaning service, pool upkeep and local recommendations including a stunning boat trip to the Blue Caves, and a fantastic butcher for the BBQ, he is a very helpful host. A truly unique, quiet and relaxing space to enjoy with friends or family. Stunning views with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars, at the bottom of the bay. We rented a car for the trip, be careful driving up to the villa as the roads are uneven - When parking a car, park up on the right side of the Villa, not the left! We were very lucky to spend a week in Kostas' fantastic beach house and what can we say... It was more than a stay, it was an arrival. Kostas is not just a host, he is a person with a heart, where you can feel from the first moment that it is his vocation to make life more beautiful for others. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired. well thought-out, lovingly furnished, in a perfect location. There's nothing missing. And yet it gives so much: peace, beauty, closeness to nature and this rare feeling of a real home away from home. We enjoyed the island, the light, the sea and this accommodation to the fullest... a week full of lightness, sunshine and grateful silence. If there were 10 stars, we would give them. And come back. Absolutely.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Feri was a wonderful hosts to us, very responsive and her mother was the sweetest, and helpful lady. The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern; everything is like brand new. The location is very close to the beautiful Myrtos Beach, and all east & west north areas. We definitely recommend this place for a nice and quiet staying. Thank you Efi for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. Everything was perfect! We particularly loved the heated pool and bbq area. Essentials were supplied in the fridge for our first night which was very helpful and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The villa is cleaned daily and sheets changed every 3 days. Beautiful view from the terrace. Convenient location- a great base for exploring the island. We will definitely be back again!
