There is a dishwasher, washing machine and heat pump with air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen, as well as plenty of service. Terrace of 96 m2, which can be completely enclosed, so small children and possibly a dog cannot run out. Garden with a trampoline, two sensory swings and lawn for ball games. Common areas with a natural playground, fire pit and soccer goal.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

You can therefore be lucky to see guinea fowl in front of the window and hear the exotic birds. The apartment is furnished for 4 people and fits perfectly with a family of two adults and two children. There is a small kitchenette with a small fridge. Shower cabin (with curtain around) is located in the living room.
