Cottage holiday rentals in Gribskov Municipality

We were 7 adults and one child and the house was ideal for that with 4 small rooms, a large living room where we all found good space and a beautiful garden. The sea was close and you almost had the beach to yourself and could enjoy beautiful sunsets. Communication with Ole was friendly and smooth!

Great communication with the host even after a couple of hiccups regarding the cleanliness. The house was cozy and we would be back anytime.

We had a great 3-day stay! The apartment is surprisingly quiet even though it’s right by the road – it’s surrounded by trees and bushes around a garden, which gives you enough privacy and a really peaceful vibe. The place is spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the wooden terrace – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the longer days. The location is great overall. Shops are just a few minutes away, and the beach is also close by. Communication was quick and really pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

Janus and Trine were both very friendly and communicated the relevant information in time. The place itself was worth every penny. The garden and living room allowed for activities in bigger groups while there was also lots of space for privacy. I would recommend this place for larger groups, looking for a peaceful place to spend quality time together.

The cabin is in a perfect location, very private. it was very easy to reach even without a car. we were very happy with the 4 bikes that were provided by the hosts, which we used to explore the areas around. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games to play. The sauna is a big plus too! The communication was excellent. We had many questions but the hosts replied in a very short time and were flexible with check out time.

It is a charming house from 60s with lots of activities for kids. It feels that house is designed and maintained with love. We had a great stay! P.S.: the note for future tenants - be aware, there are ticks in the bushes, so be careful. Make sure to check your children frequently and take anti-tick spray - it is not possible to get it in nearby store:)

We had an amazing weekend in Pia's home, it was as beautiful as described! The location is amazing, close to the beach and some small shops within walking distance, and close proximity to all the beautiful towns along the coast by car. The house is small but truly have everything you need to be comfortable, and the backyard was such a dream. Our dogs loved running around playing, and it was so quiet and private despite it being in a residential area. Would absolutely come back!

We stayed with 2 toddlers and dog for 4 weeks in Astrid's summer house. We were able to relax there. The garden was very relaxing and quiet. At first, I thought there was a path along it, but it wasn't used at all. The house was very cozy. The proximity to the beautiful beach and the typical Danish nature in the area invite you to linger outside. Astrid was always reachable and always responded quickly and kindly. We will be happy to come back. Best regards

It is a beautiful house in a great location! We traveled there with our four children and had the best time! The private access to the beach is gorgeous.

Great summer vacation home surrounded by nature ❤️ and yet close to public transport and many large and small attractions. The house is very large and offers a lot for a family with children. We've never come across so many toys, puzzles, and DVDs. The children (10, 8 and 5 years) loved it. It is also great that the kitchen is so well equipped and bed linens and towels are available.

We had two wonderful weeks in September. The summer house is cozy and tastefully furnished. The large wooden terrace and sunny, fenced garden invite you to spend a relaxing day completely at home. And just walk to the beach for a spectacular sunset in the evening. It's so close that even our elderly dog grandma made it easy. Even for larger excursions in all directions including the Louisiana Art Museum, the house is the perfect location. We are completely in love with the area - and Christopher & Laura's summer house. The Airbnb was very cozy and well decorated. You felt very comfortable right away and it was all exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need and Luka was very friendly and helpful in communicating with us.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Thomas‘s house. The place is beautiful , tastefully decorated and well- designed. Thomas built this house himself and you feel the love and care. The house had everything we needed and it was lovely to have coffee in the garden and have little deer visitors! 😀 The place is 10 minutes away from the main beach and 700 m to a private beach. It was great to have several options. We found a range of indoor and outdoor games and made the most of the facilities. The swings and trampoline were fantastic add ons for kids. Thomas and his mother in law were very helpful and we thank them for their hospitality. I hope we will return. We just love Tisvildeleje and can’t get enough 😀 Thank you Thomas for being a perfect host. Best Ritu

We had a wonderful time in this idyllic property. First impressions on walking in were excellent, and exceeded expectations. It’s a unique property with lots of character and personal touches, located in a private pocket of trees, overlooking the countryside. Would happily recommend - perfect for a family of 4 with younger children (8 and 12). As a host, John was always responsive, kind, and gave us great local recommendations. We felt very welcome. Great place to stay with two separate houses, very quiet and private. Super close to the beach - once the private beach and Tisvildeleje beach. Badminton, table tennis, etc., all available. We had a great stay with 4 children aged 6-14. Thank you!

This summerhouse was fabulous. It’s peaceful and private. Short distance to the beach, the supermarket and a lovely pizza place. Our two year old was obsessed with the trampoline. And the garden is full of butterflies, tiny frogs and we even had two deer visit the garden. There is a swing, hammock and sand pit too. The summerhouse was bigger than the photos suggest. Everything was clean and easy to use. Loads of toys, linen and towels. We would love to return one day and HIGHLY recommend this summer house.

Our family of five had a relaxing stay at Julia’s gorgeous summerhouse. Super stylish, simple decor, light and airy. Lovely comfortable beds, very clean and uncluttered. We had plenty of space using the new annex for sleeping too. The summerhouse is nearby other summer cabins but is very private and peaceful. There is a lovely big garden and we used the grill on the huge decked area. Julia was a very friendly and responsive host, answering any queries we had and offering local recommendations. We visited many local beaches, Hornbaek, Gilleleje, Heather Hill for pizza and sunset walk on the beach, The Louisiana Museum, and even took a day trip back to Copenhagen to visit Tivoli Gardens. Highly recommend Julia’s place. 5*

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Tina's house. Everything is lovingly and cuddly furnished. Surroundings is quiet. The way to the beach is short and also there we had a great time. Thanks for having us!❤️

We had a very nice week! The house is spacious and bright; the garden is lovely and large. Also very much enjoyed the sun loungers and the tranquility. Two good supermarkets (one with nice bread, the other with a lot of choice in fruits and vegetables) are a 3-minute bike away, the Smidstrup beach is 5-6 minutes away. There is a beautiful bike path along the North Shore. We thought Gilleleje was an incredibly fun, lively place. We did not meet Sara, but through her communication in advance, the instructions in the house and the nice welcome on the kitchen table we felt very welcome. The house has everything you need, very nice! For us, it was a bit difficult that there were no curtains in the bedrooms, but we easily solved that with a towel :-) In short: we highly recommend this house and this place!
