A recently renovated kitchen with everything needed available for you.Me and my family will always be available for you with anything you need during your stay. We can always pick you up from any train/bus station on request!

Pineforest Villa pool and BBQ w/ a splash of glam

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

The Grand View Villa is a newly refurbished, but classic, Greek home. From the exposed beams to the classic kitchen, the decor and to the fire place, the home brings a warm, old world feel to a perfect intersection with today's comforts and luxuries. The Master Bedroom hosts it's own private bathroom, where the Guest Room provides two beds for our variety of guests. Two open air balconies side the house, and the living room presents you with a fireplace that can be used at any time.

This house is unique and serene because it is placed underneath the rocks of Meteora. The decoration makes you feel like home. During the morning you can take your breakfast in the yard and after a hiking day you can prepare your dinner and relax outside gazing at the lightened rocks of Meteora and enjoy the silence. Use your Netflix account in our Smart TVs!! Pets can also relax and play in the yard which is secure and safe without worrying of escaping.
