Cozy beach house with large garden

With a fantastic location in the middle of Greve C, you are 150 meters from probably Denmark's best sandy beach. A good walk along the beach (about 15 min.) takes you down to the cozy Mosede Harbor, which offers several really good restaurants and an ice cream shop with homemade waffles and ice cream. Likewise, the station and Greve Midtbycenter are less than 500 meters away, so if you want to go to Copenhagen C, you are only 20 minutes away by train and about 20 minutes by car. The house is located 5 houses from the beach and is not bothered by traffic noise.

Lovely house in child-friendly area

Spacious detached house in a child-friendly area close to the beach and town. With 2 large children's rooms, a bedroom, open kitchen, family room and living room with cozy corner, there are good opportunities for a nice family vacation. With access to a closed garden with a trampoline, there is plenty of opportunity for activity for the children. Located only 1 km from the beach and Waves and only 20 km to cozy towns like Køge, Roskilde and of course Copenhagen, so it is only the imagination that sets the limits for an eventful holiday.

Stay in a stunningly nice and stylish 2022 patrician villa! Here you can unfold on a total of 168m2, with separate parents/children's section with attached bathrooms, both with showers, of which parents the bathroom is with double shower. Lovely and sunny garden with outdoor spa, where there is a built-in sound system and waterfalls and 86 massage jets. Accommodates a total of 6-8 people, divided into 3 rooms. Possibility to charge an electric car in the driveway. The vacation home that makes most of your friends jealous! 😉☀️

Fantastic artisanal country house surrounded by cows and horses 30 km south of Copenhagen. Huge concrete terrace of 100m2, new kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware, espresso machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, 3 children's rooms (two with double beds and one with one bed), large sofa in living room. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom, so there is a walk-through from the living room when using the toilet. Full of personality and personal matters. Surrounded by nature. Close to Rema1000 (supermarket).

Spacious basement apartment in cozy village

Basement apartment of 72 m2 in the charming Greve village, with its own entrance at the back of the house. Access to terrace with view, as well as table and chairs. Double bed in bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, single bed behind dining area. There is a bus about a few hundred meters away, it takes 8 minutes to Greve train station. Free parking, fast fibernet wifi 1000 Mbit/s. Let us know if you need anything else during your stay and we'll figure it out. Myself and my 2 kids, 11 and 13 live just upstairs

Modern terracedhouse close to ocean and Copenhagen

The house has a open dining/living room with a 65’ TV. Direct access to the garden. A toddler bedroom with a crib which is open in the side, and a bedroom with a master-bed of 200x200. A nice bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with all you need. The garden is with a closed hedge. It has a lounge area and dining area where the grill is also located. The garden has a lot of colourful flowers, a nice lawn and trees which are lit up at night. Outside our house there is a playground for children.

New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Nice house near Copenhagen direct to the beach!

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Laksehytten - The Salmon House

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.
