The house is also conveniently located with easy access to public transport and highways, making it quick and easy to reach Copenhagen

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Idyllic house in Karlslunde Village - right by the street side. 5 min walk to shopping and public transport. House for 5 persons with 3 bedrooms. Enclosed garden and good terrace facing south. 1 bath It doesn't get any more idyllic. A discount will be given for longer stays. Copenhagen 25 km. Køge 20 km and Roskilde 15 km. Very central Cleaning costs DKK 1000 Electricity, water, and heating are charged separately

The villa is completely newly built with a great location and views on a quiet residential road away from noise and in child-friendly surroundings. Our house is perfect for summer vacation in the middle of the beach for 1 or 2 families with children. 2x cars can park at the house in the carport.
