The place is comfortable, it's just that the air conditioning in the room is not cold. It looks like you need maintanance. Then it can be equipped with basic furniture such as a closet for the room, a water dispenser and hangers in the bathroom.

What we liked the most is the warm and fast response everytime we need assistance before and during my trip, they even helped us to find the house location when we checked in at 12PM. The house itself is clean and located in the heart of the city. Thank you for accomodating us!

highly recommended place for rent with family members-/+ 5-6 adults and children.. The vibes are minimalist but feel so homey.. Thank you very much too, because in addition to the house is comfortable, the environment is quiet, the owner is also responsive/ quick.. things minus hny when you meet the security at the beginning.. But Overall, it's safe & comfortable.. I hope to be able to come back again here/to the other Herald's house unit.. Success is always, Herald & Family 🤝🏻

The hosts were very quick to respond and the support team was always ready to help if I needed anything. The house itself was spacious and very nice, perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s located on a busy road and stands by itself, which made access a little inconvenient, but the area is actually quite convenient overall, with Pakuwon and other main places nearby. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large, private space in West Surabaya 👍🏼

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and had a wonderful time. One of the biggest highlights was that it’s pet-friendly—I was able to bring my furry friend along, and the environment was perfect for both of us. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was secure and great for pets to roam around safely. I also appreciated the peaceful location, which offered privacy and relaxation, yet was still conveniently close to nearby cafes and shops. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets or simply looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. I would definitely come back again!
