The studio is in a quiet cul-de-sac with its private space under the oaks and shared carport. BENQUET has an electric charging station, a farmers' market and a very welcoming bar/restaurant. 5 km from a supermarket, 10 km from the prefecture, the military base, the MENASSE leisure center, 15 minutes from the SAINT-AVIT golf course, 15 minutes from the rugby chapel, 30 minutes from the EUGENIE LES BAINS and PONTONX spa centers, 1 hour from the Basque and Landes coasts.

Carderie Mill

This small mill dates from the 18th century and its restoration is almost complete. Today, free from any professional activity, I want to share this bucolic place with other nature lovers. Here you will find a special atmosphere, the serenity of the riverbanks. A small pebble beach is directly accessible (a few steps!) in the summer months. Shops are 2 km away. In winter, I prefer contact before booking because the river is unpredictable.

Available: ping-pong, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, molky, darts, foosball. Pool open only from July to end of August: heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m.
