This was one of the cheapest places I stayed at while in Greenland and yet by far my favorite. The location is great, you see the sea with floating icebergs from the living room windows and it’s right where the hiking trails along the Icefiord start. The place has everything that’s needed and is super cozy. Michelle and her husband reacted quickly when anything was needed. Check-in/-out were flexible. I definitely recommend staying there.

Best View, excellent location

Uffe's place is in a great location, right by the sea with a view of the icebergs, and he has a good view and a large balcony, it is a very good experience if you have time to sit there and watch the icebergs and soak up the sun. The room is relatively clean and tidy, because this is the house the host is staying in, and you can get to know the life of the locals through the furnishings in the room. Free wifi is very convenient and fast!Free! Uffe is very nice, very rustic, very easy to communicate with, the last day we found it was very tight when we went to the airport, also drove us to the airport, helped us carry our luggage, and left Greenland with a human warmth.Thank you so much! Overall, highly recommend!

Would highly recommend. Kitchen full of everything you might need and more. Very clean and although we did not meet Anders in person he was always very responsive to our questions and had many helpful suggestions.

Michelle's Hostel: Room 4 - 2 singleBed/2 person

Super cozy hostel! Located on the outskirts of ilulissat it’s calm but still close to the sea and a lovely view for the sunset. It’s nice with a place that’s not exactly in the village, but still close. Also a super helpful host!
