Family-friendly holiday rentals in Green Valley

Christie’s place was just as advertised. Lovely and clean. There were only 2 of us this trip but there’s lots of room. The house has everything. Lotions, sunscreen, condiments galore. We want to stay here our next trip and have a larger group. A great stay.

My family loved staying here. The condo is located in a great spot. As far as the property, it’s clean and I can tell the host has placed their guests in mind. I will note that Ventana Canyon View seems to have an established older community of residents living there. So if you have little ones (as our family does) you may get a couple disgruntled neighbors as we did at the pool. I’d just be mindful of your littles and the residents. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend the space.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Beautiful place/location, very relaxing and clean! Hosts are extremely kind and helpful! The price was very reasonable for what you get, lots of local recommendations from the hosts, and even in the guest house there was plenty of privacy! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Came back again because it was such a wonderful experience the first time. As best I can describe it, it is like staying at the place of a beloved aunt who isn’t home- all the advantages and comforts of a house that someone lives in, with all the cleanliness and comfort of a house that isn’t. A fully stocked kitchen and a home with all the pieces of life you may need. Exceptional. Will be back. (Loved the mattress so much I took a picture so I could have the info).

The Golden Moments in Oro Valley is a lovely Southwestern style home in a beautiful garden surrounding. It feels like home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and the property feels tucked away in its own little world. It’s so pleasant to enjoy watching the birds and lizards and to relax in the hammock in the back. Kathaleen stocks the fridge with organic foods and coffees and beverages to enjoy. I love staying at Kathaleen’s place and would recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

Excellent all around! Out of all the airbnbs we have stayed at this one had the biggest tv! Our family should possibly have better standards than that when rating places to stay. Very spacious and no issues at all. Comfy beds and though Tucson was hot the house was perfectly cool.

We felt like home. We enjoyed being out by the pool and BBQ-ing after traveling for 2 days. We had everything we needed, the inside and outdoor space was so wonderful to just rest and enjoy nature but close enough to enjoy local activities in Tucson area.

Sally's place was lovely -private and peaceful. Would love to return one day. Sally was a great communicator too.

This was our second stay in Elizabeth's Tiny House. She is an attentive host and quickly responds to any questions or problems. We love being able to eat our meals out in front of the house. We also like the security of being behind a locked gate at night. There was plenty of room for our truck. Having an on-site washing machine is very convenient. We are able to go hiking and biking right from the house without having to drive. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come back in the future.

We were there to attend the Arizona basketball camp! It was so close to the University and the boys enjoyed being able to swim after a long day of camp. It was so nice to be able to take the pups with me. They had a great backyard to walk around. We loved it! May try to rent again when we are back next year!

Shannon was an excellent host! Very communicative and the location made for a relaxing evening for me and my girlfriends while we were driving to southern Arizona!

This cozy unit was perfect for me and my kiddo on our spring break getaway. We loved the saltwater pool, the views, and the quiet neighborhood. My son especially loved watching the quail families! Teresa was very hospitable and even showed me the herbs she was growing around her house - something that I especially loved as a fellow gardener. We would definitely visit again!

I loved Max’s place! Amazing quiet neighborhood especially with the university on summer vacation. The property was clean and very homey. Any issues I had Max was responsive, helpful, and made things right. I would stay in one of his properties again and absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful spot.

Lisa’s place was spacious and adorable. The backyard was large and a lovely space to relax and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Short walk to campus so really convenient for U of A visits, events, etc. Would highly recommend!

Great location, right next to the University of Arizona campus. It was easy to walk anywhere you needed to go. Fantastic host and very responsive.

Cute casita! So happy to have found this gem. A two bedroom with private access to a beautiful pool. The southwestern decor, the ample supply of linens, and the movie theatre style projection tv were just a few of the amenities we enjoyed on our stay. The hosts really prioritized a comfortable, private stay for their guests. It was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend of exploring Tucson from San Diego.

Had a wonderful stay here as a local Tucsonan between moves. I loved the proximity to all of the bike paths and boulevards. Overall a great location, beautiful property, and lovely/comfortable interior during a hot summer in southern Arizona. Thank you Britt for your accommodations!

Casa de Roberto was great, the space is bigger than the pictures, host is very responsive and helpful. The location is near everything (15 mins drive to anywhere). The space is clean and felt like home. Definitely recommended and will return when I go back to Tucson!

Overall our stay was really great. We paid to have the pool heated and it was very warm; the kids loved it and swam every day. Lots of room for all of us (7) in the house. Location was easy to get to and backs onto a park where you can head out for a walk. There were lots of towels including pool towels. We had a bit of an issue when we first arrived but I phoned Shannon and she was able to change the door code remotely so we could get in. We would definitely stay at Shannon’s place again.

I was in town to visit my elderly mother and this location put me a five minute drive to see mom. It was great to be met by Michael and Margaret, who were both friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, close to groceries and in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The furniture was very comfortable and cozy. This will be my go to place from here on out.

We have stayed at Dario’s place a couple times now and had no issues. Thoroughly enjoyed the space both times. Thank you Dario! Patrick Lee.

Best Airbnb ever. Very good energy and beautiful pool. nice host. To complain: Martin's,a mexican restaurant Adelle raccomands. When we called, the owner told us, that they didn't serve alcoholics, but when we arrived, he told us that he has alcoholics. Then he took away the menu, saying that he would serve what he wanted. When I asked him how it worked for dinner, he told me that he was doing this job for 30years, and brought dishes, we hadn't asked for. I got uneasy, and told him that we weren't hungry and we didn't want to eat a lot. At that moment he got rude and didn't talk to me anymore. He brought a cake, that we hadn't ordered. When we payed the check he told us that, our credit card, which had worked without any problems the last 2 weeks in US, didn't work. So we had to pay cash without receipt. The host should have told us that the restaurant was 'special', because not everyone likes this kind of adventure. you don't know what you are going to eat and what you will pay.

Loved the spot! Peaceful neighborhood, pool was a wonderful addition to our vacation. Carmen was super responsive, and helped with every question we had! 10/10 would recommend this stay!
