Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Greatstone

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. We just had a lovely family break at your fantastic house. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful location with the beach literally in your back garden – such a rare treat! We loved being close enough to walk to the shops, and it was only a short drive to lots of local attractions, which made planning days out really easy. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids absolutely loved all the toys you provided and, of course, the trampoline was a big hit! Our dogs had the best time too – it was so nice to stay somewhere truly pet-friendly. Big thank you to monika for all the really useful information and being so responsive, even to my silly questions Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us – we hope to be back soon!

We have loved it from the first moment. Very nice home with comfy beds and sofas. The kitchen is well equipped and both bathrooms are very clean. Our favourite has been the garden, which invites to relax under the trees. Highly recommended. Would always stay again.

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Beautiful place, with amazing views. Quiet and well equipped. We slept well, had wonderful walks along the beach with unspoiled views. The Snack Shark was a gem, we had delicious and fresh seafood for lunch. Also bought some scallops, potatos, asparagus and local pear juice for dinner. The host even provided fresh milk, flowers and grapes, well received upon our arrival. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Hi Tom, It was a pleasure to stay at your place over the last few days. Everything was as described and many thanks for the extensive information on food recommendations and the surrounding area. It was so wonderful waking up to the fantastic views across the sea. The accommodation was just as described and we had a lovely time.

We are a group of 6 friends meeting up for our annual jaunt in Folkestone. Being honest, we are quite a fussy older group who were absolutely blown away with the stunning interior, views and amenities. Not sure I wanted to give it such a high rating because we will definitely be coming again and want to keep it available! Honestly, the flat is stunning, there is nothing I would change. 2026 booking incoming.....

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The studio had everything you might need and was very clean, cozy, and comfortable—just perfect for a relaxing getaway. A huge thank you for all the thoughtful tips and recommendations—they really made our trip special. We especially loved the scenic walk from Firehills View along the cliffs, followed by a delicious lunch in the garden at the Two Sawyers. Taking the East Hill lift in the afternoon and spending time on the pebble beach in Hastings was the perfect way to round out the day. We really enjoyed our stay at The Shed. Tina and Jeremy were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The Shed is exactly as described with everything you need and set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fields. We loved the peacefulness and the bird song. We were delighted to visit The Prospect Cottage with the garden in full bloom only a short drive away, as well as Great Dixter Garden, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Scotney Castle. We discovered a part of Kent that we had never been to before. Thank you Tina and Jeremy.

A lovely home away from home in this beautiful town. Easy to find and close to cafes, restaurants and the train station.

A lovely little bolt hole - very comfortable and exactly what we needed for a night away ….. we very much appreciated the pastries - that was a lovely surprise…… the bed didn’t suit my back but the mrs slept like a log so horses for courses …. Was a little bright and toasty with one of the blinds missing but overall a ten out of ten - many thanks to Emma for being a fantastic host ….. highly recommended

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

Tom’s place was perfect for our Canterbury visit. It was exceptionally clean, great location with amazing river views, all the attractions and restaurants were a short walk away. His apartment was beautifully decorated and modern with an excellent kitchen and bathroom. Tom was very friendly and great communicator. I highly recommend his beautiful apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tara's flat. Exactly as described, with everything you need for your stay, the flat was very clean and well maintained. Easily walkable into the city centre, and handy for the wider Kent area too. Would definitely stay again.
