El departamento es muy lindo, tal cual las fotos! Muy cómodo y con una muy buena ubicación, con restaurantes y cafeterías para recorrer. Alan fue muy buen anfitrión y respondía en minutos.. Voy a volver a hospedarme próximamente seguro!

Mi estadía fue excelente de principio a fin. El departamento superó mis expectativas. La ubicación es bastante céntrica, con mucho por hacer y descubrir en los alrededores, lo cual lo hace ideal para explorar la zona. La comunicación fue siempre rápida y clara, y me sentí muy bien recibido en todo momento. Sin duda me encantaría volver en el futuro. ¡Gracias por todo!

Excelente opção em Buenos Aires. Muito bem localizada, em Palermo. Próximo de excelentes restaurantes e cafés que ficam a poucos passos. O apartamento é completo, exatamente como nas fotos. Muito bem organizado, decorado e equipado. Nicolas foi um excelente anfitrião, sempre muito educado e solícito.

The apt is extremely nice and new. Shower is great with very good water pressure (important in Buenos Aires). I think it’s a little bit small relative to the price paid but nice to stay there. I didn’t like that the check-in is late compared to other apts.

Nos recibió Jesica y fue excelente y puntual . Nos ofreció extender el horario de salida sin ningún inconveniente por un retraso que tuvimos . El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo muy agradable. Lo recomiendo

The hosts were super responsive and always available whenever I needed something. The Wi-Fi was perfect for my work, and the balcony was a highlight, offering beautiful morning sunrises. La atención fue de primera, el departamento supero las expectativas. Es mas grande de lo que se ve por fotos. muy tranquilo el edificio, a la hora de descansar no hubo ruidos molestos. Felicitas siempre estuvo en contacto y a disposición de lo que se necesite. los voy a volver a elegir sin dudas.

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

I loved staying in this apartment! Was very conveniently located, felt safe and had a lot of space. It felt amazingly comfortable for a longer stay, and I really appreciated the communication and support of Barbara throughout. The rooftop pool was also beautiful in the sun.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

El departamento es muy cómodo, amplio y cuenta con todas las comodidades (TV, microondas, heladera, mobiliario, todo en muy buen estado). Se encuentra muy bien conectado. Un punto adicional a favor que nos resultó, es que el edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24 hs. Estuvimos un par de semanas y nos sentimos muy a gusto. Sumamente recomendable. Párrafo aparte para la atención de Anabella durante toda la estancia, muy atenta a todas las necesidades que pudiésemos tener, siempre disponible y con una comunicación muy rápida en todos nuestros intercambios. Todo perfecto! Departamento muy bonito amoblado, con todo lo necesario para una estadia comoda! Barrio tranquilo y con muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor! Volveria sin dudarlo cada vez que visite Buenos Aires!

A nice apartment with really nice furniture in a good neigbourhood. Not too far from two metro stations and in a relatively quiet street. All in all a very good choice.

The apartment was só great that I extended my stay twice! Great location, apartment had everything you would need, and the hosts were super responsive and friendly!! Oh and the pool was great too!

anfitrião sempre disposto a ajudar e rápido retorno. apartamento muito aconchegante e confortável. porém, rua movimentada e muito barulho. A distância até o metrô é significativa. Pelo valor cobrado, atendeu as expectativas.
