Featuring one master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds and a desk (+fast wifi). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and the main bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living room and dining room (dining table seats 4). 1 minute walk to Brentwood High St. 15 minute walk to Brentwood Station on the Elizabeth Line.

Private studio with deck

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

A lovely home in a quiet area

Lovely spacious house with 2 bedrooms situated in a quiet cul de sac. Very close to Brentwood and Shenfield high streets and railway stations. Only 35 minutes from Shenfield to Liverpool street station. Accommodation consist of spacious lounge with separate kitchen diner. There is 2 good size bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles. There is 1 bathroom with shower and bath. The house also comes with an approximate 50 ft rear garden and off street parking

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 10 mins walk to the tube and 15 minutes to the c2c main line trains , which is 22 minutes into Fenchurch Street in London. There are Many local bars, restaurants and shops/takeaways in the nearby high street. Plenty of on road free parking. Annex has side gate access & is a completely separate building from the main house On arrival I provide milk and biscuits to help you settle in.

GWP - Rectory North

2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. Contractors welcome :-)
